Boringlands 4, where they replaced the jokes with the least imaginative bosses imaginable.

This game is beach trash. It's your crazy ex trying to gaslight you into nostalgia.

They didn't just strip borderlands of its identity, they stripped it of its soul.

An empty world overly crowded with nothing, there is zero point in doing anything but the boss fights, which seem designed for four year old's to beat blindfolded. There's a massive boss bat that sits in one spot and ♥♥♥♥♥ out balloons.

The dialogue is corrosively mind numbing.

The first side quest is them quite literally admitting they killed their own franchise. A send off into a pond killing what we loved and two fireworks was all they cared to give you as a tribute.

Almost every side quest is point A to point B delivery.

The vaults are copy pastes of each other.

The first area main boss, the first vault, and the second vault, is essentially avoid spots the floor while the boss itself does nothing.

They force you to 'explore' in order to upgrade ammo capacity.

Cash and eridium are solely used to replay bosses, so picking up anything that is not an improvement is a waste of time.

The entire meta dialogue of the game is political dogma. This game is not about Vaults, its about 'fighting' dictatorship. Which like sure, but it's not even mocking it, its just shoving it down your throat in every voice line, like we know, its obvious.

Releasing this game on 9/11 is an insult.

Lastly, the fact that this game performs worse that cyberpunk 2077 is embarrassing. We've had open world games for decades that run flawlessly, there is no excuse.

Absolutely amazing experience so far! Coming from someone who has dropped nearly every single player game I've played.

So I just got 5$ for having almost all the achievements from the summer sale.

Probably the best game ever!
