was a fan of the series (even with ME3s botched ending.)
The different DLCs improved the games in the past, so to have a remaster of all 3 (Add the extended ending cut to ME3) this is a fantastic way to experience the series without going through old/dated games (ME1 felt dated when I played it after ME3)
While the price might be greater than if you bought each of the 3 independantly, I'd say it's worth it to see the visual (and mechanical) tweaks in the trilogy

This isn't your best option (Yet) for an RPG game

This is an RPG game with visuals of this generation, but mechanics of last generation.
- Looting is a chore and filled more with junk but you can't ignore it or else you'll miss out on a possibly good item due to RNG
- Weapons are randomly generated so you could be holding onto an under-powered "Iconic" weapon, while a random revolver is too powerful to give up
- Customizing the character is heavily introduced at the start but there's no real positive to your efforts as the game is mostly first-person and armor (Clothing) is more stat conscious than appeal conscious.
- you're expected to go into the game with a tabletop mentality of knowing what the attributes/perks progression you want rather than organically exploring the options in game (and there's no means of re-specing your character in-game if you do it less than optimally)

These things I'm listing aren't often seen in more modern RPGs, Assassin's Creed Valhalla being a recent example of RPG in the current generation. So while the visual spectacle is amazing to look at, Cyberpunk 2077 isn't the worst, but for an RPG created in the crossover between xbox one/ps4 to xbox series x/ps5 it's not going to be an exemplar of RPGs

Dark Souls... in Space!- No wait hang on it's on earth...
well it's got sci-fi weapons! like a pipe!- and swords... and hammers...
It's Dark Souls if we weren't using magic... or a more compelling story...
I don't know if I'd recommend this if you could just play dark souls.

I've liked this game series and this game doesn't fail it.

There is a lot of complain about frame capping and poor stuttering by many people who wish to play at 60fps. Well I've been playing it at a constant 30fps, and that's what you want in a game; constant framerate, not high. But I don't wish to get stuck in the tech side like most do.

The story is better than Arkham Orgin for sure but I have yet to see a storyline that best Arkham City. The mechanics are about the same from previous titles but the introduction of 'fear takedowns' helps thin out a lot of enimies in stealth areas in quick succession (a positive given that developers are making a trend to 'ease =/= fun'). The batmobile is a nice addition but playing on a controller the buttons for 'brakes' and 'battle mode' made it a bit difficult to come to terms with, especially in chases. Fast travel and online battles have gone away from the game and I find this to be a good call, it allowed them to work on side missions more (we get more than riddler puzzles to solve now) as other characters join in for fights (Robin, Nightwing to name two). There is a bit of driving/running/flying around but not enough to make me feel they made the map 'too big'.

Dissapointed is what comes to mind when I play this game.
Besides the various technical problems that everyone has been talking about for days, the gameplay hasn't really changed for the better, it just doesn't have that quick kill streaks we are so accustomed to in the series. The missions are okay with a few of them being more chores then missons. Micro Transactions are a terrible idea for this game. This is a single player game and the micro-transactions essentially buy you power (This demerits many of the activities in the game). All those missions you would play just to get more in-game coin is now rendered useless if you could just 'buy it'.

I have always played assassin's creed games but this is the first one where I didn't wish to continue playing after the first week.

a good indie game, it makes a mix of Age of Emprie with minecraft. but it's very long winded and can be tedious with all the micromanaging

A good sequal to the Assassins Creed series, it takes naval missions from AC III and expands on it as a plus. Some plot moments were unpredictable-another plus.
