Hello, I noticed that in your update about the Defensive Position, you mentioned wanting to add some policies. Perhaps you could check out this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3574366314 .
It only requires adding a few "spells" into the JobGiver_GrabGear.PostDrafted() .
Apologies if this is intrusive—just a friendly suggestion!

@BaconBroJoe is one of the special profiles from the last summer sales, I think you can still get it on the Steam Point Shop.
