The game should make it much more visible, that it is made for a controller... basically, like it's forerunner, it is a fairly bad port of a console game. You can change the key mappings, but they seem to be intentionally set up for the worst possible experience, and it is a chore to remap the keys, specially early on, because you have no sense how the game will develop and what will be needed in which situations.
Bad controls makes for a bad experience. And that pretty much sums up my experience with this game. Glad it was on sale, and you should never buy this at full or even half price.

This game is amazing. The music, the writing, the narrator, the mood... just everything. It will not be what you imagined, but it will be so much more. I can't remember seeing anything that compares. It is an adventure game, but with rpg elements, but it is also so much more. Just buy it and play it and you will be happier for it. This really is a work of art.

This is an almost arcade like shootem up, with an extremly over the top noir like story.... it's tacky as hell, and I love it :D

The game doesn't tell you until after you bought it, that it is meant to be played with a controller. Already there, you know you're in for a disappointment. PC games made for controllers are almost always a sad console port and this seems to be the case here as well. Along with weird combat animations that makes combat against any beat (and there are lots) seem weird and clunky. The game looks good but feels wrong.

If you're expecting an rpg, don't buy this. This is pretty much a simple mobile game, based on microtransactions, with a random dungeons generator and som extraodinarily poor combat mechanics. If you need to waste time on a cell phone wile commuting, this might be ok, but beisdes from that, it is not worth wasting time on.

Great game with lots of replayability potential. Even after 3 years I still load it up regularly.

Far Cry used to be an awesome series, even though it has been a bit grindy since Far Cry 3. Far Cry primal has a lot of the good concepts from 3 & 4, but it constantly feels like a terrible console port when you play it. Hitboxes are terrible, cover mechanics from foilage etc. is useless and if you try to fire arrows anyway near any kind of edge of cover or over the edge of a ledge, you will hit the egde and the arrow will fall to your feet. The animal commands are useless, as the animal will return to whatever it was doing befor you called it seconds later in 90% of the cases.

The game is very short and extremely linear. You move along very narrow predertmined paths and take shots that are mostly directed by the computer... can be completed in an afternoon. Not worth buying for more than 4USD.

On of the best single player FPS games I have played. The story and the gaming environment is absolutely incredible.
