The Japan-U.S. Joint Pararescue Force, commonly known as JPF, is the Japan-US Joint Expeditionary Force's primary special operations force and a component of the Japan-US Joint Expeditionary Special Warfare Command (JESCOM).
Operators are tasked with recovery and medical treatment of personnel in humanitarian and combat environments. They are attached to other special operations units from all branches from both nations to conduct other operations as appropriate.

日米統合空挺救難部隊(英: The Japan-U.S. Joint Pararescue Force略称はJPF)は、日米統合遠征特殊作戦コマンドの隷下の特殊部隊のことである。
隊員は、人道支援任務と戦場での救助活動または救命活動を任務とする。部隊は、両国の他の特殊部隊との活動を共に必要に応じて行うこともある。
