ReFramework+updated directstorage+updated streamline has fixed my stutters completely
Highly recommend installing the new ReFramework mod as it gets rid of Capcom's anti-tamper that was causing constant micro-stutters for me. I also updated the directstorage and nvidia streamline files along with using DLSS4. Completely smooth frametimes now on a i9 9900k and rtx4070.

I can't download the latest version of REFramework, it keeps saying virus detected.

its a false positive. disable your antivirus then download. if you download from the links in this post you have nothing to worry about. been using REFramework for years

No such thing. Enigma Protect is a third-party licensed executable packer.
CAPCOM's own anti-tamper doesn't have a name that we're aware of, but part of it's called CHECKSUMAPI.

Oh, guess I pick up the wrong name from soemwhere them.
Thanks for correcting me.

But to NOT have a name for their own drm is... interesting.

You can try REFramework v1.5.9.1 from their github. It's what I use.

Yes, Denuvo is the game exe so it's always there.

I would be cautious about using framework if it removes the Capcom anti tamper, that is a sure fire way to get an online game ban if they ever do any parity checking .

Ladies, Gents and Diversities,
I guess you are wrong about RE|Framework - or me that's another possibility but - as far as I know, does RE|Framework only implement an overlay for Tweaks, yep that's it!^^

If you can notice better frametimes and less stutters, it will depend on the Direct-Storage Update!^^

BUT you might as well use nVidia Inspector and did not know about rBAR-Feature (Resizeable Bar)?
Yes! You can force it, to be enabled by the driver with that tool and it will have sometimes a larger, but sometimes less impact onto your loading-times, shader-cache updates, frametimes and less stutters, depending on your hardware.

BUT you might didn't know as well, that you can overall improve the systemperformance, by enabling msi-boost for your GPU?
In some games, I was able to gain upto 20fps AVG only by that tweak, but I made a thread for that, that you can find here:
https://steamcommunity.com/app/2246340/discussions/0/596268332586444944/

The most important - these are tweaks you can ADD onto your current tweaks, it's more additional stuff, so in combination with f.e. Lossless Scaling or other Framegen-Mods, you will have even more frames per second.
Please - share it with your friends, when you are happy with it, because I wish that this thread gets more attention - I put a lot of effort into it, to improve performance and a lot of testing.

Again - the performance uplifts are depending onto your system, but MSI-Boost is one of the most underrated and unknown tweaks people can do.^^

DirectStorage changes do nothing. You've been able to override that stuff with Special K since the day the game shipped.

The latest nightly build of REFramework removes the memory scanning code that I discussed in my review of this game. I was considering patching that out myself, but it's unnecessary now because REFramework has done it for us all.

There are a few input-related bugs in REFramework right now, that cause problems for Mouse & Keyboard users. I've worked around them if you load REFramework using Special K (rename dinput8.dll to REFramework.dll) -- these are unnecessary changes if you use gamepad exclusively, but if you use keyboard you'll want that so that the game can correctly process the Windows key and alt-tab.

Yeah I also want more details about ReF on what it does exactly
The github it's all flower power: A mod framework, scripting platform, and modding tool for RE Engine games.

Doesn't say much...
Has the author stated that the game no longer crashes after 30 minutes?

Hey mate, the DStorage Update did helped on my system, but for sure it doesn't mean that it would or could help on yours of cause.

Systems are so different and software in the backround as well.

So, I'm not wondering about no impact at all of REF on my system.
But for FOV I like it very much!^^
