Which Admin Panel is best / most common?

In terms of RCon/Server Administration, https://omegax.cftools.de/

I haven't really used any of the workshop admin mods other than Community Online Tools, but these are some of the more popular ones.

Uh, both.

I'm looking for something like the DayZ ZomBerry Admin Tools. Just not sure what is best / easist to work with.
