Can you build a better car than me? Probably. Will I still love my own creations as well as yours? Of course. Does this game still break under low spec hardware and crash 50 billlion times in a singular hour? Not anymore, it's nothing like 4.24. Will we ever hope to get support for Unreal Engine 5? Hopefully soon. Fingers crossed.

1) It's not VRChat,
2, it runs WAY better and smoother (seriously, 300fps (singleplayer) on an old 2012 AMD FX-4300h, great job),
3, it has pretty good modding support, and
4, the developers actually listen to their fanbase! Just wished they would improve their servers, as they just crashed when everyone flocked from VRC to here.
5. You can create custom maps (called "worlds"), and
6. Any (most) avatars that you've had on VRC are already compatible with ChilloutVR.
7. Just like VRC, you don't have to have a VR headset in order to have fun.

oh and you can also control your media (spotify, for example), change avatars, make DMs and voice calls all in the game without having to install any mods or third-party plugins. but ofc i recommend mods.

(NOTE: Currently their isn't any Oculus Quest/Quest 2 support (or for any Oculus product yet) BUT they have planned it for the near future!)

It was great while it lasted, don't know why VRC would want to implement (basically) a spyware anticheat (EAC) into a social game with mods. Oh wait a minute? You want MODS? AHAHA No. They banned ALL modding support including Quality of Life mods that IMPROVED THE GAME. Now they just disrepsected their entire playerbase. Goodbye VRC. Never to see you again.

I ran a $245K italian supercar (cover art) into an 18-wheeler and still somehow drove just fine. Amazing game.

Got this game today, and I've already checked it out earlier, and I love it, but my mom was having gpu overheating issues (GTX 960 Non-Ti) but that was resolved with simply updating the drivers. Also, lower-end gpu support down to the GT 700 series would be nice. Other than that, its ♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing and beautiful, even though its lower poly, the shaders make up for that.


TL;DR: Could use some even lower-end support (shader quality in settings) and fps cap, other than that, I extremely recommend this masterpiece.

Literally one of the best, if not THE best driving/racing games that I've ever played. Especially with VR!

its pretty good. (ok lol, time for an actual review) Although it can be a bit buggy with mod incompatabilites/conflicts, (with older versions of the game), but it has that nostalgic feeling, that you can't get with most other games. As a modded player, it can get a bit chaotic with servers if I'm meming aroung with friends, but this game is one, alongside Minecraft (Java), that I can just sit down and enjoy, taking a break from reality. The music, SFX's 16-bit graphics and storyline is amazing. Overall this gives a 21/10 for me, alongside 21/10 for MC Java as well. If you don't have it, go ahead and buy it and give it a try, I'm sure you'll love it! - Mr. Flatbread.
