So, I've never reviewed an Adult Visual Novel before. After playing Snow Daze, I thought it was good enough to warrant a Review.

The writing for this is superb, I enjoy humor with adult themes, people take that kind of stuff to seriously, I like it when its fun and I am laughing. (One of the absurd things is the game claims it is a step family, but you all have the same eyes, hair, and you have a step twin due to cat-magic.) Choice seems to be, lacking, for the most part, but that's not a bad thing, the story more than makes up for it. It puts the Novel in Visual Novel, it feels like the developers had a story to tell first and foremost.

Music is delightful, I love classical music which is a heavy theme through the game. Nothing really cheesy except Sarah's theme which becomes more subdued with her hypnosis theme. I feel the story could have benefited from a few more 'heavy classical' tracks. The original score is also delightful, I find the Sound Track nice ambient background music when I am doing other things.

The art is nice. I feel it could have been better or even animated with rigging with flash and smoothly animated, lots of bonus costumes and what not. It serves the purpose to tell the story and for lewds. The characters do blink and are expressive to a degree, and the designs are stellar along with the costumes and alternate costumes.

The smut: Well the three big kinks are hypnosis, BBW/thicc, and Incest, with sub-themes of fetish to each woman involved including pet play, feminization, BDSM, and femdom, if something here rubs you the wrong way you probably should avoid it. If you can tolerate it for a story I recommend giving it a shot.

Bonus Content: So, apparently Snow Daze has extra stuff that I didn't know about till after I beat the game and poked around wanting more, and it's quite satisfying, extended incomplete art endings. Costumes for the characters, a music room to listen to the OST, blooper reels (All very funny), Gallery, concept art. It just feels like it gives the game more to work with. I find myself coming back to the extra's to mess around with just to enjoy the game more. Also there is apparently a bonus day DLC coming and what I have seen of it looks wonderful with more promised interactivity.

Bottom Line: If you like Adult games and these specific fetishes, I recommend this game. It's a surprisingly well rounded amount of content, humor, smart writing. I just wish there was more of it, and we are getting more with the bonus day content and a Sequel called Tropical Daze which is set up in this game (And maybe the bonus day which has not been released at the time of writing). So, there is more from this title to come, and hopefully you do too.
