This game is just not fun. It is really not a good game and will genuinely make you frustrated with how bad it is. This game has made me never want to purchase another fighting game ever again.

Really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fighting game. Here's one big reason why: The existence of DI. The developers of this game are brain-dead for putting in such a trash thing in the game. People spam it all the time and if you are in the middle of attacking them you can't do anything against it, even if you try to counter DI. How stupid is that? Literally the stupidest thing to have in a fighting game, play a better fighting game than this TRASH.

Can't even play the game anymore. Instantly crashed into a BugSplat error over and over, tried many different ways to fix it with no fix working.

You suck.

I remember playing this game as a kid in elementary school, still just as fun as I remember it!

The audio is incredibly buggy and doesn't even work at times. DO NOT BUY. You should not have to download some weird external files to play this game. I looked it up and it is just sketchy and weird that the only way to play this broken game is to download something. Blatant scam to have a game like this on Steam.

It's absolutely stupid that you get banned from matchmaking for leaving a game too early. Why should I be penalized for not wanting to waste my time with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ teammates and trolls? Ridiculous, I don't ever remember that being the case on console back in the day. Dumb move by the developers.

I really enjoyed this game, it is definitely a great continuation of DOOM 2016 and is quite fun. Doom Eternal improved on a lot of things. The flow of the game is incredible, you get to run around and slaughter demons like a raging beast, the secrets are funny, and the story is interesting if you read the codex. I can't wait to see what the DLCs will be for this game and hope more story comes from them, like what Doomguy does after this and what happened with VEGA and Samuel Hayden after the last boss.

My one gripe about the game that really sucked about it is the Marauder. I really think it was a mistake to implement an enemy that goes against the entire flow of the game. For example, with all other enemies, you can move around and kill all of them with your awesome weapons and good aim. But the Marauder? You have to essentially stop moving, focus all of your attention on it, and kill him with the super shotgun or ballista. So instead of the player being proactive against everything else in the game, the player must be reactive with the Marauder. It's actually annoying to fight one, there is no fun or challenge in it. The first one was tricky because that is when you learn to fight it, but after that it is not difficult, it is just tedious.

Other than that, I do not see a problem with ammo like some others have complained about. The chainsaw is your best friend and you seem to always get one charge that is unlimited but on a recharge. Never had an issue with ammo on any of the difficulties because of that.

Then there are a couple of hiccups with glitches, but that is to understand with a new game. There were times where I got stuck and could not move on maps so I had to reload the checkpoint, another time where I could not go through the doors on the home ship because they appeared open but were actually closed. And then there was a glitch where I guess some demons got stuck in a fighting zone so that after I killed everything the red did not go away, thus giving me no credit and making me redo the whole level to get credit for purging the demons.

With all of that in mind, Doom Eternal is still a great game and I do recommend it.

Imagine enjoying a trash FPS where your bullets do not go where you aim. For that reason, every other FPS in existence > CSGO.

This game is nothing but a pile of garbage, don't ever play it. It will cause you nothing but rage because of the trash developers and the trash playerbase.

A game so good that you get addicted to it and play it everyday for multiple weeks until you have done every achievement, every side quest, and experienced every ending and possible character outcome.

This game probably has the worst community ever, even worse than the League of Legends community, and that is saying something. I have enough hours into the game to tell you that hardly anyone in this game is fun to play with because you are either up against the super elitist players (jerks that will refuse to teach you how to play or help you get better) that will crush you with ease, the cheaters (there are quite a few players that use speedhacks in this game), or the noobs that will team kill you constantly.

Other than the trashy community that will leave you questioning hummanity, you will find very quickly that this game REQUIRES you to have absolutely no life in order to get good at it. I don't recommend wasting a ton of hours into a game that isn't even good. For example, most of the elitist players must not get outside a lot because they are 1000+ plus hours into the game, and that is what is required to even be good at this game.

If you are like me and not want to have to devote a crap ton of your life into a game, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME, this was a huge waste of mine. Instead of being a fun game that involves just playing around in bloody chivarly warefare, you will just get rekt by the no lifers that love to prey on people who don't play as much as them. It's sad to see a game ruined by the community.
