I love TF2.

I don't love bots.

Fix your game Valve.

I love this game, but I cannot condone the years silence after a teaser of a pretty major update, with only sales and cashgrab bundles being thrown up in my news feed since.

Game is still great as of Veilbreaker, people are just reviewbombing because their AFK farms no longer work and they can't level accounts to illegally sell on anymore.

Entropy: Zero felt like a fan-made mod

Entropy: Zero 2 feels like a fully fledged title from Valve themselves

I think TechLand actually shot themselves in the foot with Dying Light 2 by making Dying Light first.

As a standalone game, Dying Light 2 is great. The combat (at least on your end) is interactive with multiple moves and skills, the parkour itself is hella enjoyable and responsive, if a bit floaty at times, and the story is reasonable, given the fact that multiple of the lead story writers left during development.

The problems start when you compare it to the original Dying Light. They hit the nail on the head with the gameplay and combat in the original, to a point where the sequel feels like a downgrade in some areas. The story is considerably worse in comparison, and although the first games story wasn't the best, the characters actually showed emotion through their movements and voices. In the first game, Kyle Crane who was a government operate found himself whisked away in the drama of Harran, his goals and personality changing as he stopped listening to those who controlled him, breaking free and developing independence. Meanwhile Aiden Caldwell doesn't give much of a ♥♥♥♥ about what's going on in Old Villedor, only using it and its people as a means find his sister.

One other point of comparison that I won't delve too much into right now is the 'Ubisoftification' of the franchise in the sequel. Things like thousands of collectables and unreasonable costs for upgrading things.

By itself, a great game, but left in the shadow of its predecessor.

I would recommend this game, but it appears to have more game-breaking bugs than its predecessor had before launch. It's incredibly easy to get out of the map at multiple locations, and my most recent bug had the game permanently saving, which meant I also couldn't manually save anymore. There goes 10 minutes of progress because of that.

While I fully grasp the concept of the 5 dimensions presented in the game, my absolute trash tier knowledge of chess lets me down greatly. If you know how to win chess, but struggle with the 5 dimensional mechanics, add me.. Please...
