Best co-op game out there because it's the easiest to start playing with friends, easiest to connect and reconnect if needed, it's affordable, and it has the most hangout spots/toys.

It's 2024 and this game still has nonstop issues with broken installers, crashing, lag, corrupted UserPreferences.ini files, and other routine technical issues. I used to love the Tolkien world they created, but it got more and more difficult to enjoy until it broke me - first 10 minutes horse rides between quests, then 15, 20, 25 - my free time is precious and this game was torching it on making me ride the same routes again and again. This buggy, laggy, metastasized f2p design is a mess no one should give their time to.

Also, account security is minimal - passwords can only be 16 characters long if I remember correctly and there's no 2FA implementation of any kind.

Great bonding time with my dad - I put this game on the TV, quickly set up some controller support in Steam Big Picture mode, and we had a really fun evening together designing a course <3

This is an excellent game with a UI so effortlessly informative that you'll be tinkering with your course for hours. A gem of a management sim.

Exactly what I wanted from Subnautica meets Green Planet DLC: easy, attractive base building; a sense of mystery and some story elements; strong biome variety; secrets and upgrades to discover; needs reduction/elimination; and a slow, happy sense of making a hostile place hospitable. Looking forward to what's to come, but I'm already happy with my purchase today.

Raft is the best open world survival game I have played, even better than Minecraft and Subnautica and head and shoulders over Valheim. You simply can't overstate how important it is to the fun to have your base follow you around - there's always zero travel time between danger/the thing you're trying to explore and home. It doesn't matter how glorious your environments are if the player constantly has to go back and forth across them when they just want to be exploring or building, and Raft eliminates this problem entirely.

Really fun tiered base materials mechanics and interesting story materials as well. Well executed art style. The co-op animations in the trailer may look janky, but they don't *feel* janky, and you don't see them at all if you're playing solo. A really good game.

This game was my favorite of the itch.io Racial Justice bundle, and I bought it here again specifically to say thank you for participating. This game is so joyful and the movement system is delightful as well - I love the climbing and gliding.

I'm not a fan of card games where you pre-build your deck (Hearthstone, Magic), but I really enjoy this one. It's a lot more fun to build as you go along, responding to what you find along the way.

Very well-written exploration of counseling, mental health, technology. and a myriad of other topics.

I love this game almost as much as SPAZ 1. You can tell how many years of development and how much talent went into it. It's very polished and well-designed. I enjoy the scrapping you do to gradually turn your ship into a behemoth and the variety of playstyles that are viable for combat.

Inexcusable technical issues.
