An interesting take on survival similar to factorio. The campaign is tough, but doable with how you play each map effecting your next map. Replayability is there as well which means for the price this game is a bargain.

Overall feel is that the game is pretty mundane. There doesn't really seem to be anything that makes me want to play this game anymore at this point. I would avoid it for the price tag they have on it wait for a sale at the very least and make sure it is 50% off at a minimum.

Pros:
- reasonable graphics that play well together
- fairly easy to understand gameplay

Cons:
- impossible or extremely hard to balance a budget based on the demands of your citizens. It's doable, but very quirky.
- resources are spread out, but there is no good way to transport them back to your main build area quickly.
- most events have the same sound
- UI is lacking in many areas including the trader.
- Pawns can stack up 30+ in one square as your 12 militia show up(lacking any kind of formation) they get hit 30+ times and insta-die one by one.
- AI can no clip through for militia there is no way to stop them from just walking through your troops.
- interface seems to not register clicks randomly.
- cant zoom out enough.
- slopes are a nightmare and even with the flatten tool you aren't flattening anything.
- still had to pay guards even though the towers weren't manned
- Gets extremely boring later on in the game.
Suggestions:
- Patrols from the barracks. (currently they just sit in the barracks unless a flag is dropped)
- reduce speed based on damage taken. (bears, enemies, etc) just out run your because dude carries only a handful of arrows.
- actually train your soldiers and specialize them (archers / swords / mace / knight / etc) something more in depth than every soldier carries everything and not do anything well.

Overall an interesting game. It can be complex or simple depending on how you play. Some of the translations are fairly bad and don't accurately describe how things work. Overall it is a good de-stressing game the sound track is pretty calming great to throw some netflix or tv on and just relax for a while.

Glitchy, redundant, slow grind, with poor AI and a dev that is begging for more money as soon as you get to the first menu. It's come a long way, but still seems either way too easy or way too hard. Sure you can shoot a pistol without training, but this is a holy pistol so f you.

Eh it's just meh feels boring currently tabbed out since I am invulnerable due to upgrades being OP. not even 10 hours in and I am pretty much done with this game. It has also gotten extremely laggy almost stupidly so.

Still about the same Just came back for some achievement hunting. Was it worth the few bucks I paid? Yes.

Eh the AI is terrible. AI will not eat unless the food is in their house so if one house hordes the food? Yup the neighbors are doomed. Food can be available, but workers will not eat because it isn't at a house. Quarrying stone and other materials is excessively tedious in comparison to what buildings require to build. AI will not auto assign to jobs may be how it was designed though.

I remember playing this series when I was a kid. Since then it has apparently become complete trash.

This game is not worth the asking price. Only buy it on sale it's still glitchy and clunky. Devs seem to be putting work into the game, but it just feels lack luster. Everything is very generic and the tool tips are terrible so a new player coming to the game has little to no help figuring out what things do or how they work. Overall the gameplay is very much a rinse and repeat kind of thing. Balance issues are all over the place and it just doesn't feel very fun. Even with a large base maintenance chest you must login every couple days. God forbid anyone have a life it would be helped if it were possible to have multiple maintenance chests as managing supplies gets out of hand quickly. Very grindy with little payoff - very little satisfaction.

For now, no.

This game has potential, but in it's current state best to stay away from it.

Graphics seem to be lacking, but this is a good premise with replayability due to the leveling system using exp from one battle to unlock new towers and upgrades for the next battle.
