So my first play through we finished the game with 72 hours of playtime.
I decided to make a Gnome monk called "the peaceful pickle", who subsequently looked like a metal head that is thoroughly confused

Every encounter i chose violence.

if the peaceful pickle could not fix his problems with an open palm, i realized all this time hoarding things became very helpful.

for example : you encounter a tough enemy that your party cant deal with? just open your bag of many things that you are hoarding. (in my case it was an unhealthy amount of explosive barrels, bombs, firecrackers).

Proceed to place whatever ignitable weapon you have chosen at the things feet. take a few steps back.
and proceed to light everything in a 30 meter perimeter the ♥♥♥♥ up.
Your pc might swear at you in multiple languages during this encounter. but its well worth it.


10/10 going to play again in the most unconventional way.

This game is a barrel of laughs (see what i did there).

this was an amazing ride.
Combat is amazing. and felt very responsive.
The game allows you to use some cunning and cheese some things. but without ruining the experience.

the music in this game is also fan tastic.
and finally the story / lore was a treat.

can highly recommend on Hard difficulty

Terrible optimizations for longterm multiplayer, and forget trying to host if you are on a humble (totally reasonable) 10mb adsl line

Enjoy multiplayer, as it seems to be steams lovely new UI that is causing disconnects,
Once we did this, we are able to enjoy hours of co-op on end, we "Dropped connection" to the match making session, but we remained in the same online session and could continue without any further issues.

Do you like working hard for gear. Spending hours. playing carefully.. and then having your body/bag drops just disappear . for the sake of disappearing?

Want flawless ping in a server?
Want to vault over stuff larger than a brick standing on its side?
Want to play with ur mates and not endlessly reconnect and try and just start a game together seamlessly?
