Viscous Accelerant
Chemthrower attacks apply a stacking debuff that increases damage from all damage over time effects.
Sergeant
Thermal Shock
Cold attacks do bonus damage to burning targets. Fire attacks do bonus damage to chilled or frozen targets.
Lieutenant
Fulmination
Explosive Chemthrower blast that causes any other explosives in the vicinity to detonate.
Captain
Corroding Compounds
Chemthrower attacks pierce and shred a small amount of armour.
Major
Burning Rush
Activate to gain a movement AP, and basic Chemthrower attacks will not use up all AP this turn.
Colonel
Searing Magnesium
Chemthrower attacks deal additional damage on a critical hit.
Brigadier
Chemical Storm
Unlock a special Chemthrower attack that affects a complete circle around the soldier's position.

Fumigate additionaly removes mental ailments. Medispray gains an additional charge

Electiric attacks do bonus damage to cursed, blinded, confused or panicking targets. Psionic attacks do bonus damage to stunned, disorient or dazed targets.

Roaring Flames
Chemthrower reaction fire has a increased chance to crit.

Pressure Blast
Expel a high pressure blast from the chemthrower that damages and knocks back everything in a cone.

Fine Control
Superior handling prevents hitting unintended targets with your chemthrower abilities.

Oppressive Heat
Pressure Blast, Chemthrower Suppression and Overwatch disorient foes.
Brigadier
Valley Of Death
Take a reaction shot against any enemy that moves or attacks within a cone of fire. Each attack can hit multiple targets.

Canister's bonus ability does more damage to targets immune to the Chemthrower's normal damage type.

Gain immunity to the damage types of the equipped Chemthrower and Canister.

Expanded Canister
Increase the number of times a canister's ability can be activated.
Colonel
Desolate Homeland
While standing in an enviromental effect, become immune to mental effects and gain damage reduction based on chemthrower tech level.
Brigadier
Chemical Bastion
Chemical Deflector also provides the same immunities for the Alchemist's squadmates if they are within range.

want to use the abilities for your own classes? just slap MZ in front of the name with no spaces.
Except:
Chemical Storm is 'MZChemstorm'.
Valley Of Death is 'MZChemthrowerKillZone'
Chemical Bastion is 'MZChemicalDeflectorSquad'

Thermal Shock, Unstable Reaction and Dissonant Energies can be configured to show up as an AWC skill, everything else only works with chemthrowers.

hey there! i wanted to kinda convert the Pyrotechnic class from the richard's class pack into a flamethrower focused class.

should i put the "ApplyToWeaponSlot" to primary when adding the abilities of this mod?

yes.
(although technically, it only really matters for Fulmination, Fumigate and Medispray)

got it! i really wanted to try to fit ice in there from your bitterfrost mod, but i'm not sure how. i thought i could add another primary but i'm not sure that's possible, and the LW gauntlet doesn't seem to be editable so in a way that i can add the frost version of rockets and flamethrowers.

Hi there Mitzruti! Great work on this mod. I am looking to create a mod for LWotC that splits the Technical into two classes, one rocket-based and one flamethrower-based. This mod would be a great help to me in making some of the flamethrower abilities! Would you mind if I used some of your code from this mod in the creation of the flamethrower class? (Of course I will give you credit!)

If you're using the gauntlet, you'll want to refrence the gauntlet abilites as a base. It is built a bit differently. Just make sure any cloned abilites have their own template names to avoid conflicts.

I don't intend to use the gauntlet - I'd like to scrap the gauntlet altogether and use the purifier's flamethrower as a base, which I see you've also used. But, thank you!
