Removed the armour bonus from canister reinforcement. you can config it back in if you like tho.
New Medispray icon by EvilBob22, no more confusing it with a medikit!

changed the "matching damage type" bonus from canisters to a better buff from having it in the secondary slot.
Smoke/Medic canister now also provide this benefit.
Adjusted bonus charge and ability initing effects to not trigger during mission-to-mission transfer.
Compatability thing for Rusty.
Chemstorm will now be Fire if the Init fails to find the ability it should be using for the damage type.
Fixed Curse Canister not actually bypassing sustain effects. (oops)
Fire Canister burn damage increased to 3, and burn spread set to 0. this makes it's burn the same as a mag-tier immolator
Fixed a potential bug if canister scaling was negative (to make it do less damage than a normal shot)

Fixed offensive canisters being allowed to apply bonus weapon effects.
Due to a previous highlander update, Mr. Nice's Weapon Fixes is no longer required.

Fixed localization of canister bonus damage to more accurately reflect the total damage it'll do.

Adjusted converted damage to give more PlusOne instead of rounding. (ex 3+40% would give +1damage and 20 plusone instead of just +1damage)
Dissonent Energies: psi damage gets it's bonus if the target is electroshocked.

Ice Canisters no longer exist if Bitterfrost Protocol is not active. (since they won't work anyway)
Curse Canisters no longer exist if Mitzruti's Perk Pack is not active. (since that's where bloodcurse comes from)

added more enviromental effects to the list of things that count for desolate homeland. also made it config.
matching canister damage bonus can no longer bypass damage type immunity.
change to damage conversion effect - scalars are now only the damage bonus.

Medic Canister Regen buff is no longer Permanent.
Medic Canister Regen buff is now removed when the target dies.
Medic Canister passive regen is now removed on death.

fixed Incandescence and viscous accelerant appearing to be buffs.
added Blind damage type to particulate haze.
altered viscous accelerant to be a single stacking effect instead of spamming the target with more debuffs every time it's applied again.
