After playing for awhile with my group, we have encountered our fair share of passerby ships, all hostile. We have also come across a fair few hostile facilities. The mods being used are the only ones recommended in the MES collection. The problem were having is that none of the factions are being "discovered" in the factions tab. If we were to also engage a ship we would not gain or lose reputation with that faction or other factions except the vanilla pirate faction. The ships and facilities we encounter also do not have a faction tag. I'm not sure if this is a bug or even something we should worry about. But if anyone knows anything about this and has any insight, it would be great to know. All i'm worried about is if what we are experiencing is a game breaking bug where none of the factions will work.
