Does this mod work on mac?
I am on mac and the game works all the way up until I start a new game, where it crashes before it finishes loading in. Does anybody know if this mod runs on mac, and if so if there's a way to fix this crash? thanks

I had exactly the same problem. Other mods work and I made sure to disable all other mods when trying to run it.

Would be interested to know whether the Paradox MAC patch fixed it for you?
Also, you can try launching HoI4 without the launcher directly from its installation folder via the .exe

I'm having the same problem and I assume I have the patch installed

It would really have been nice if Maverick had posted to this site or the others that all us MAC users had to do was use the main HOI file and I wouldn't have been frustrated for 4 months.

Do you mean that BlackIce is currently not playable as a Mac user?

For some MAC users it works to start the game without the launcher via the main .exe file in your HoI4 folder.

@Trylun, are you sure? As a reminder, applications on mac are generally in .app files, and .exe files only work in something like a wineskin.

it does work, but unfortunately it loads HOI w/o the DLC. weird

I have the same problem. Would be great if devs would address launching issues on mac, seems basic.
