Using the Lease License Option in Black Ice
Can someone explain in a detailed and cogent manner, how to use the Lease License option, in BI? So far I can buy the license, lets say as Italy, from Germany for the czech tank (light tank Panzer2). I can then start building those tanks. No problem. I then cant put them in my divisions. Ive tried researching Foreign Armor Tech, no change. How do I use these licensed tanks that I built (not captured tanks, not lend leased)?

Every Foreign Tank Equipment, it doesnt matter if you gain it by license, battle or surrender, needs to be converted to Foreign Armor, which can then be used as a Foreign Armor Battallion

I tried building the licensed armor, and the foreign armor at the same time. And could not convert it from one to the other.

to convert something it must be outdated in the production list
