VE Storage Patch

Description
Multiplies the storage capacity of all VE pipe system storage containers by 10, to bring them more in line with Taveron's 'Increased Stack' mod.

Currently effects the following networks:
* Neutropipe - Vanilla Races Expanded - Android
* Hemogen - Vanilla Races Expanded - Sanguophage
* Nutrient Paste - Vanilla Nutrient Paste Expanded
* Helixien Gas - Vanilla Helixien Gas Expanded
* Chemfuel & Deepchem - Vanilla Chemfuel Expanded

Also:
Patches genebanks to have 40 capacity.
Patches VE Recycling's trashbricks to stack to 750
Patches VFE spacer module's repair shelf to be able to hold and repair anything a regular shelf could hold.
I'll probably rename to mod to something more appropriate or make this a new mod later...

It would've been nice if the description more accurately described the mods it supports or, even better, linked to the mods. Supported mod pipe networks:

* Neutropipe - Vanilla Races Expanded - Android
