This modpack's main focus is Fiend Folio (and more specifically, the Reheated Update). It's also supposed to be a collection of mods supplementary to FF, that would together create a base for a modded playthrough.

The player would start with an empty save file and, upon defeating Mom and unlocking getting achievements with mods, would attempt to get Dead God with Fiend Folio and all the other mods enabled.

Some of the most prominent mods here, other than FF, would be:
-Excelsior: A music mod made by RENREN - a composer who also made music for FF itself.
-Lifebar: A mod that changes HUD, made by peas - one of the Fiend Folio devs.
-Tainted Treasure Rooms: A mod that adds a bunch of special counterparts to some of the vanilla items.
-No More Baby Unlocks: Replaces co-op baby unlocks with existing vanilla items to make achievement hunts more enjoyable.
-Alt Horsemen: Adds alt path variants of the four harbingers.
-Repentance Boss Champions: Adds champion variants of Repentance bosses.
-EID: I think it's self explanatory.
-Specialist Dance + Pog Mod: Both are pretty self explanatory as well...
-MinimAPI: Better map and more!
-Enhanced Boss Bars: Boss bar overhaul mod.
-Improved and Reworked Foes: Mod that reworks a lot of enemies and bosses to make them more enjoyable to fight against. Also adds a couple of new boss champions.
