A Pony Synergies!

The "A Pony" item is a great item, right? At least I think so. It gives passive flight and high speed, which is really good. However, it's on use effect, not so much. But what if A Pony active effect was more unique? What if, it had synergies with other items and trinkets? Also, stop asking for these to work with Mars! It's never gonna happen, as it would be super unbalanced and broken!
Continuum - Upon hitting a wall for the first time, you warp around to the opposite wall.
Brimstone - You shoot a brimstone out behind you. (Isaac had Taco Bell)
Technology / Technology 2 / Tech X - You fire out a cross of 4 technology lasers.
Holy Light - Spawns holy light beams constantly while riding.
Jupiter - You shoot out poison tears from behind you constantly while riding.
Loki's Horns - You fire out a cross of 4 tears constantly while riding.
Bomb Bag - Drops quick exploding bomb's repeatedly.
Blood Bag / Stigmata - Leaves behind a constant trail of blood.
Ipecac - Makes poison explosions when you hit an enemy. These explosions can't damage you.
The Black Bean - Farts when you hit an enemy.
Fanny Pack - Has a chance to spawn a pickup when hitting an enemy.
Mulligan / Guppy - Spawns a blue fly when hitting an enemy.
Spiderbaby / Mom's Wig - Spawns a blue spider when hitting an enemy.
Experimental Treatment - Applies either poison, burn, confusion, or slow when hitting an enemy.
Fire Mind - Chance to make a fiery explosion when hitting an enemy.
Dark Matter - Applies fear to hit enemies.
Isaac's Heart - Fires blood tears behind you constantly while riding.
Scorpio - Poisons hit enemies.
Mysterious Liquid - Leaves behind a constant trail of damaging green creep.
Fruit Cake / Playdough Cookie - Applies random status effects to hit enemies.
Sack Head - Sometimes spawns a sack when hitting an enemy.
Head of the Keeper - Sometimes spawns a coin when hitting an enemy.
Sinus Infection - Puts 1-3 boogers on hit enemies.
Glaucoma - Chance to apply permanent confusion to hit enemies.
Mucormycosis - Puts 1-3 spores on hit enemies.
Dirty Mind - Spawns dips when hitting enemies.
Giant Cell - Nearby minisaacs dash along side you (applies to all minisaacs, not just giant cell ones).
Uranus - Freezes hit enemies, instantly killing them.
Ocular Rift - Chance to make a rift when you hit an enemy.
Bone Spurs - Spawns bone spurs constantly while riding.
Terra - Shoots rocks out when hitting a wall.
Strange Attractor/Lodestone - Attracts enemies towards you while riding. (idea by ledlebrgr)
Trisagion - A giant trisagion blast surrounds you for the as you charge. (idea by Neosonic97)
Number Two - Drops butt bomb constantly while riding. (idea by my33kmodem)
Dead Eye - The dash deals more damage the more enemies you hit. (idea by morojuandavid2018)
Salvation - Chance to spawn a cross of lasers when hitting an enemy. (idea by Singularity Point)
Death's Touch - Chance to turn killed enemies into friendly bonies. (idea by Singularity Point)Petrified Poop - Chance to spawn a poop upon hitting an enemy.
Purple Heart - Chance to spawn an additional pickup when killing a champion enemy.
Bible Tract - Chance to spawn a Holy Light beam when hitting an enemy.
Pinky Eye - Chance to poison hit enemies.
All synergies also work with White Pony! This mod has full EID compatibility, telling you the synergies in game. Report any bugs you find (there might be quite a few). If you have a suggestion for a synergy, please tell me, because I would love to here your ideas!
