Reverse Wheel of Fortune Rework

Description
This mod reworks the "Wheel of Fortune?" (reverse Wheel of Fortune tarot) card to allow you to see the dice room effect beforehand instead of it being random.

Vanilla (unmodded) "Wheel of Fortune?" invokes a random dice room effect. This means there's a 1/3 chance of it rerolling your items and possibly killing your whole run. Even if you want to reroll it's not even guaranteed so most people just ignore this card.

This mod aims to make the card less useless by visibly showing you what the dice room effect will be before you use it.

The card's External Item Description is changed to show its respective effect as well!

NOTE:
There may be slight differences in the dice room effect between using this mod to see Wheel of Fortune?'s effect and just using it vanilla for a random effect. THIS DOESN'T AFFECT NORMAL DICE ROOMS, JUST THE CARD.
All known differences are cosmetic, like the poof effect showing up for rerolled pedestals.

KNOWN ISSUES:
-It's still possible to get a vanilla Wheel of Fortune? card through rolling into it as Eden and such. In this case simply drop the card then pick it back up. You will then be able to see the effect.

Hi, I wanted to make the reworked Wheel of Fortune? compatible with the resprite mod: "A minor enhancement to tarot cards" and maybe also with the mod "Visible Cards on the Floor". Because currently Card resprites don't work with wheel of fortune? reworked texture wise. So I wanted to ask if I am allowed to make that resprite addon/mod?

Hey, I really enjoy this. It's sad to see this was a one-off update thing. How have things been going for you the last two years? Have you learned how to work with Mod Config Menu (Pure) for your mod? As for your problem with the limited API not wanting you to create an overlay effect for the tarot cloth buff, Repentogon could help you with that

So, found a niche interaction: a reverse wheel of fortune with blank card doesn't keep the same effect between uses. I had the one with 5 nubs on it that rerolls all pedestals on the floor, worked that way the first use each floor and then after that it would reset the floor. Not sure if I got absurdly lucky/unlucky or if it really is following a pattern, after it happened the 2nd time I reset.

I like this mod, makes the card usable to me!

Regarding the tarot cloth effect, perhaps have that be a togglable option via Mod Config Menu?
I'd love to see it.

@katsu the mod should work how it normally does with tarot cloth sadly (gives another random dice room effect.) Because of mod api(and skill) limitations I can't do the transparent thing. I considered adding a whole new tarot cloth effect for the card and actually fully coded it but decided to keep it as vanilla as possible in the end.

this mod is really strange working on this card when u have tarot cloth
you could be write another number on card by using transparent layer
pls do it visible without eid thanks a lot
