The Reading of this Rather lenghty text is highly advised
Supplies for disco and headbanging parties. utilisable pieces of wearables from the later-half of the cold-war, primarily 70s-80s-early 90s-era US military.
This addon is composed of low quality outsourced asian laboured 20% polyester, 40% synthetic ripstop, 40% Spastic nylon Blend, Woodland Camouflage

Don't ask whether x or y is planned, nothing is planned so there will never be an answer

Dependency
to minimalise dependencies other than base S&S mod, New Wave includes no units/groups by default as these and only has arsenal items. feel free to make your own compositions for groups/units
this dependency is needed due to the amount of shared assets (like flak vests, grenade vest, webgear parts, jungle boots.)

Ranked Uniforms
S&S includes a modified version of KP Ranks, which (currently) only works for S&S Uniforms. in an MP game, the host can assign ranks to players via the KP ranks menu which is accessible through the in-game context menu. All credits to Wyqer for the original KP ranks code

This pack has been configured to be rather modular so that you can remove certain files if you wish to not play with certain things.

Known Issues
- BDU t-shirt textures don't match their blouse counterparts (e.g. green t-shirts for desert/ripstop M81, which otherwise show tan t-shirt under blouse)
- M17 gasmask strap clips with RDF uniforma (rigging issues reeee!)
- some rollsleeves may clip thru hands

Yep i know this issue exist but i forgpt on which vest it is, iirc on some other alife variants it too seem to be missing its materials on the alice webgear

Let me clarify, go to either [US] LBV/ALICE, [US] PASGT (M81)/LBV/LC2, or [US] PASGT (Green)/LBV/LC2, and scroll 1 down to the IFAK variants for comparison. There's a decent lack fabric folds/shadows compared to the non-ifak above, and if you're on the pasgt variants you'll see the lack of folds on the vest itself too

You are misinterpreting the issue on the PASGTs. The NOHQ is correctly applied. It's emphasizing the material differences between the nylon and the cordura reinforcement. This isn't present on the other versions because they are just fabric covers.

Issue with them is that it seems like the nohqs are not applying correctly on any variant with an IFAK, as (I assume) and smdi's are working fine though
I'm lead to believe the actual issue would be something to do with the LBV's p3ds (\simc_mc_93\vest_lbv_88_belt_1.p3d, vest_lbv_88_belt_2.p3d, and their woodland/green pasgt contemporaries, as the issue is not present with the desert or urban pasgts as they use a separate p3d) since the nohqs are correctly filled in the all of the rvmat files, plus they work correctly on the other non-IFAK variants

Few bugs I've noted:
The LBV/ALICE/IFAKs (\simc_mc_93\vest_lbv_88_belt_1.p3d & \simc_mc_93\vest_lbv_88_belt_2.p3d) have something messed up .rvmat(?) wise. Same goes for their pasgt variants
The 40mm Ammo vest/LC1s (\simc_uaf_81\vest_nade_alice.p3d) don't seem to have working hidden selections for anything but the nadevest. This means both the normal and IFAK variants of the vest have their IFAK visible
I haven't managed to get the gloves on the gloved variants of the uniforms from either New Wave or S&S to retexture, however that might have never been a feature in the first place
That being said I absolutely love the mods, it's some of the best gear on the workshop. This is all very nitpicky stuff I only noticed since I'm modding
