Please check your mod version.
You can go into your steamapps/common/Conan Exiles/ConanSandbox/Saved folder and see if you have anything like game_backup_1.db which predates your update/removal of mod. Rename that to game.db and replace your current game.db.
This will of course also cost you and progress on server since whatever that past date was.
The end result is that if you then re-load the mods, the building do not return as all the data that defined them is gone.
Ultimately this is good for server hygiene to avoid database clutter for things that are no longer important to track or manage.
