I just got this, haven't played to see what the effect is.

The skin data could not be loaded from the savegame because a major exception occured! Please report this error on the Network Skins workshop page.

It changes roads' appearance without your permission.

The new version just received a big update, all major bugs are fixed. It also supports importing NS1 data, so it's a good time to switch!

Lights & trees no longer working for me either, and the new version freezes the game.

*Edit... well that didn't work, exactly. The pilllars change but not lights or trees. Worth waiting for a fix though.*
I have this mod and haven't used it for a while. Just tried but can't change trees or lights. I unsbubbed and resubscribed and notice something in the folder called sprites. Could my mod for removing sprites cause this conflict. I'll load and try again to see.

Is there any ways to set the default skins used? Every time I loaded up the game, and it reverts to vanilla skin.

I have the same problem. After installing Klyte's updated road mods I can not change any tree nor lamppost.

Similar issue for me. I thought Fine Road Anarchy caused an issue with Skins, I subscribed to the new version of FRA by Klyte but the problem is still the same: the selected skins don't work, the vanilla ones still remain (lights & trees).
