I've read on your profile that you're a test chamber critic. So, I'd really appreciate it if you let me know what you thought of my new test chamber: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=401418424
(I tried to make it really challenging)
Back to your test chamber. It was really FRIGGN hard at first, and then it got easy.
The floor between the two vertical walkways was the most frustrating place to die. I kept falling through and flinging into the water before I was ready.
This is more of a personal preferance kind of thing, but, thow in a few more windows on some blank walls, and shrink up some unnecesarry space, and make the shape of the rooms less boxy.
The final bounce was a little meh. I think the two vertical walkways makes a better grand finale.
All the Gels go where intended, and I can tell you put a lot of work into it. I really enjoyed it!
1. How would you rate the chamber's difficulty (1-10)?
2. Where you able to finish?
3. Could it be solved multiple ways?
4. If so, how?
5. Have any more suggestions to the author how to improve the map?
6. Overall, how satisfied are you with the experience (1-10)?
1. Probably a 4. I'd say the main difficulty was seeing where everything was on the map (for example: I didn't figure out that the blue dropper pad was portalable for a while).
2. Yes.
3. I didn't see any other solutions.
5. The map design felt a little contrived. For example, I found it difficult to navigate because of all of the glass and gratings you used. I felt like not all of them were essential
6. 8/10. I did enjoy this map; thanks for making it :)

Would you mind trying some of my puzzles ? I think you could enjoy it : http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198072997273/myworkshopfiles/?appid=620
Gotta think with portals. I wouldn't create a map that was hard to execute. Every move is easy to do but challenging to find.
If you continue to be stuck, there are two solution videos on standby.

This system would be time-consuming but it would filter out people simply commenting with simple remarks. This would give the developer of the map useful information.
Granted I understand that advertising on general websites is taboo, like YouTube or DeviantArt, but an area specific for Portal 2 players just doesn't make much sense to reject advertising of other maps people make. It's a specific common interest where advertising makes more sense than in a general common interest.
Just because you have played it doesn't mean that others have. The comment isn't directed at one person.
I am aware of that. The question is where to place them so the puzzle doesn't become suddenly exploitable. I haven't tried.
