hey, are you able to make a version that would be compatible with r56 and other mods that add a 4th special forces path. the only thing that clashes is that the 4th special forces slot is competed for, so if you move the doctrine it should work.

@TheDovahgamer15 @Lunarc I am abroad. It does not work with RT56. It coincide with the Shock Troops doctrine. But I am thinking of doing something to make it work when I get back home.

Would it be possible to get a compatibility patch with KR Tech Extension? This makes all the "Modern" Doctrines disappear in that mod.

Love the mod just wish i could use it with R56 and its shock troopers as their shock troopers overshadow your code which makes it not work or something.

Would it be possible to move `cat_cavalry_doctrine` from `\common\technology_tags` into its own files? This would reduce the amount of mod conflicts and make it easier to patch i.e. Rt56 or KR :)

can you make it compatible with the Great War mod?

I am not sure how you would make this compatible without an entire other mod merging the two since r56 edits the same files that doctrinal cavalry does. I was able to merge the two in like 30 minutes, but you need a basic familiarity with code editors to that, which may not be in your skill set.

If the mod author gives me permission to upload the merge between this and r56, then I will upload my version of the code.

Yo you should also make it that if a research affects basic inf it does the same effect on cav (maybe a doctrine or default thing)

Sadly doesn't work with R56 due to the shock troop tree. Hoewever, it easily won me the Russian Civil War. Nice work man
