try to raise the topic, make a discussion, instead of responding to something so meaningless, do you think you have time to read comments from other people, or do you have the word "AUTHOR" next to your username?
Paolini Aug 25 @ 7:26am
People really see '1.5' and go down to comment '1.6' like robots, how hard is it to READ u_u
JessieFeathers Aug 17 @ 11:09am
1.6?
Nora Aug 7 @ 12:12pm
Texture variety mods have transitioned with little to no problems since 1.2, folks. Don't worry about the yellow text.
Reaper Aug 6 @ 10:47am
1.6?
Mythophile Jul 31 @ 3:43pm
FYI, seems to be a coloring issue with evil long hair on the two side bits. They stay gray for me instead of picking up hair color.
Mlie Jul 22 @ 1:40am
Since this mod has been reported working in 1.6 I added it to the No Version Warning-mod

@The Golden Skull, same here!
The Golden Skull Jul 16 @ 2:18pm
I just tried it by itself and it seems to be working fine, can see the hairstyles
J Jul 12 @ 3:05am
You don't need to remind modders to update their mods, especially not the day after the update comes out. Jfc
Wolmer Jul 11 @ 12:41pm
As a faithful Imperial, love those hairstyles. Hope they make it to 1.6 (and also the paintings...)
Deggial Jul 10 @ 1:08pm
Is it necessary to update the mod to version 1.6, or will version 1.5 work just fine?
If the former, might I politely request the new version?
Zalfir Jan 31 @ 7:33pm
@valveworshipper should she not? She looks nice, do not shame her.

This is a forked version of Hair Modding Plus that works on 1.5
WarDK Aug 30, 2024 @ 4:53pm
It seems you've made this dependent on a mod that is no longer being updated :/
Moby-G Aug 19, 2024 @ 12:19pm
Thank you sooooo much for your work !!! The hairstyles you created are my top 1 favorites ! Now I can't continue the game without them. This royal hair collection is so beautiful, it makes my little pawns look elegant and sacred. Really admire your creativity and thank you again for your contribution to the community!

I also tried carefully prepared, haven't seen a button
MORROGANDER Aug 9, 2024 @ 9:55pm
How do I change the color of accessory? I tried both Character Editor and Styling Station on Maiden hair, yet I don't find any button related to it.
I have Hair Modding Plus(continued) installed
MerlinCross Jun 28, 2024 @ 12:40pm
Having the same problem KuKun had; some back parts tend to be grey or white when looking at the front/straight ahead. If they turn though the color goes back to normal.
kukun Jun 3, 2024 @ 10:47pm
Nvm, it wasn't as complicated as I imagined it to be... can confirm it works fine if you add alpha masks for _back parts. Cheers, thanks again for making this mod!
kukun Jun 3, 2024 @ 9:20pm
Hello, thanks for making all your mods, I really like your hairstyles and absolutely love all the variations. But I seem to be having some problems when I use this mod with Hair Modding Plus (continued), the _back parts of the hair that are added using that mod don't seem to follow the color of the primary parts (ex. https://imgur.com/6zkEtZJ ).
I'm guessing it's because of the <overrideShaderTypeDef> tag preventing it, removing that tag allows for the _back parts to follow the primary color again, but the same goes for accessories. I think alpha masks may be necessary for the _back parts too so it can bypass it now... I want to test that out, but I don't know anything about masks, let alone textures in general...
BingoBungus May 31, 2024 @ 3:56am
Long curls, for space rock women!
Nif May 24, 2024 @ 8:24am
I'm on 1.4 and I'm getting the "<overrideShaderTypeDef> doesn't correspond to any field in type HairDef" error on what seems to be all of your hair mod. I didn't experience this issue before.
Rooboid  [author] May 17, 2024 @ 11:16am
Hey there! I've just updated the mod to add <overrideShaderTypeDef> to the appropriate HairDefs, so the accessories should work as intended now. As always though, please drop a comment if you encounter any more issues!
ZX Zero May 4, 2024 @ 6:12pm
yes the color of accessories are the same as the hair now.
Rain Apr 19, 2024 @ 2:26pm
@Rooboid

@Шашлычник ;р has mentioned that modders need to now specify <overrideShaderTypeDef>CutoutComplex</overrideShaderTypeDef> to hairstyles with fixed-color accessories,

if you can fix this when you have time would be great ^^ thanks.
Elly Apr 17, 2024 @ 6:12am
It MIGHT be linked to what I said, Hair Modding Plus (the 1.5 fork) stated that alpha tex. is partially supported by the base game now and uses a different method than the mod originally did. Unfortunately I'm not too in the know-how to fix it myself, else I'd upload a patch.
Rain Apr 16, 2024 @ 2:52pm
Just chipping in to say the accessories also being coloured with hair is true for me too, even using only your mods+ hair modding required mod.
Elly Apr 15, 2024 @ 8:11am
Hi there! Absolutely lovely mod and I'm glad to see it updated. Unfortunately I seem to be having the same issue as krowzin starting with the 1.5 rimworld update. If anyone has any known incompatibility or knows some mods that could screw up the rendering (or if it's just the fact that 1.5 had its alpha stuff changed), please do let me know.
Runzu Apr 11, 2024 @ 5:24pm
Hellos, I was wondering if you'll add the dreadlock gene tag to your hairs packs outside the dreads one? :KiwiGlad:
CocoBat Apr 11, 2024 @ 4:44pm
Very excited at these updating
lloki Apr 11, 2024 @ 3:11pm
Great! I was hoping you will update - thanks :)

Hi pls check discord dms, I have questions regarding retexturing/modifying your hair mods into my own artstyle and releasing them into other mods with credits provided, my discord is "Kasodus"
Pigoletto Oct 22, 2023 @ 9:38pm
Hi, I've become completely dependent on your hair mods - they're so beautiful. Unfortunately, I also need the vanilla expanded retextured version of the animated face mod - and it seems that it messes up the transparencies in your hair textures.

Is there ANY way around this for me? Do I just have to avoid using all the hairs with transparencies or is there anything I can do?
Krowzin May 24, 2023 @ 10:45pm
hello, i'm using this with hair modding plus but the hair accessories are still inheriting hair colour :(
Paolini May 23, 2023 @ 3:45pm
KiTA May 19, 2023 @ 3:37am
Rimpy now things Hair Modding Plus is required for this mod and becomes Mr Flibble levels of cross if you don't have it installed.
Smaug Apr 12, 2023 @ 6:21am
These are nice, make the colonists with them very distinct, only problem is that a lot of these are overly detailed and textured and can look odd with default zoom.
Pandathan Mar 26, 2023 @ 8:44pm
I love your hair mods a lot! It makes it easy to show off status an I like to use certain hairstyles that fit certain jobs so you can tell who is who!
Owlchemist Mar 20, 2023 @ 12:36am
Small technical recommendation - since using Hair Modding Plus is a soft dependency, you could relocate all the *back textures into a folder that is only loaded in via LoadFolders.xml if it sees this dependency mod is active. Otherwise, it's just load loading textures that don't do anything, bogging down game startup time and VRAM use.
OdysseyLotus Mar 16, 2023 @ 10:38pm
@Arky Use Hair Modding Plus (Continued) , it just released.
RutraNickers Mar 13, 2023 @ 12:29pm
@Arky it will only be gold if using Hair Nodding Plus. The vanilla code only have one color channel for hair
Arky Mar 5, 2023 @ 3:23pm
But the golden trinkets should look gold without hair modding plus? Or did I do something wrong? My trinkets are the same color as the hair.
Rooboid  [author] Feb 26, 2023 @ 8:51am
@Arky The mod works without Hair Modding Plus; it just makes it look better. So if you're still on 1.3 I'd recommend using it
Arky Feb 26, 2023 @ 8:08am
Why does this say it is compatible with 1.4 if it only works with a mod that is compatible with 1.3?
SuperPox Feb 20, 2023 @ 6:48am
I love the looks of these! incredible work and you put so much TLC into the mod page
JinxLuckless Jan 18, 2023 @ 12:59pm
Correction to my earlier comment-- I do have a RimPy error requiring hair mod plus now. Not sure why I didn't for a bit.
𝐖𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃 Jan 12, 2023 @ 11:58am
can confirm the issue with hmp dependency
