Suggestion: Prison Labor integration (Turrets motivate prisoners to work)
prisoners fear all turrets, but (not sure if it defaults to on or off), you can tell it to either attack or not attack escapee's. If set to not attack, it will only attack to if the prisioner tries to break it. If not, it will attack prisoners, but will try to only down them. Not necesarilly very well, as the AI in them isn't the best...
Social fighting is however not considered an aggro-state by the game so that would require a change of the targeting system as well. Not sure how to do that tbh.
