so im horrid at programming and was wondering if you could add a compatibility to a mod i use?
"Life'Tech-Powers" it adds deuterium based thusters and theres no gauge on the hud like hydrogen. can you make this able to have deuterium as something it tracks?

I've just published an update to this script as it appears Magistrator is no longer supporting this any longer. Full credit to him and all, my version addresses several of the questions here including CARGO, DAMAGE, panel size issues (mine now scrolls) and even COLOR for different ships. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2856836020

Will this mod allow you ships to all track and talk to each other? or will it only display the Telemetry on whichever ship had the scrip loaded first?

@Magistrator Is there a way to change the size of the font on the virtual display? I've tried to adjust the settings but the ship name is still big.

@Black Lamb - It is one of my 'gotta test' things, but I see no reason you can't just add another PB in your 'main hub' ships that transmits (use a different 'channel') and then see that wherever you want (your other 'collectors').

I have main ships in my fleet and I would love for them to show up in other collectors. I’m using Telemetry mostly to track my drone movements and seeing the other main hub ships would be useful.

Hi Magistrator - is there a way to link panels together? I like changing font size for clarity (my ageing eyes eh) and having multiple panels to cope with the text overspill would be nice :)

Also, can the display expand onto other panels if it's too many ships for one? If so, is there a way to specify which panel is on top, etc?

Any chance we can display the amount of Cargo in our Telemetry ships? This would be great for keeping track of all my transports in SAMv2, as well as being able to more easily identify bottlenecks. Or if its already available, please let me know :)

@Syphon Plume - it only goes one way. Once it reaches 20m it jumps back to the the large radius.

@Sting-Ray - you are not dense. The guide was written assuming everybody has the concept of what a tag is. Just add [Telemetry] (including the square brakets) to the name of a text panel in your base. Make sure you did not change the panel_tag value in the Custom Data of the PB.

am I dense or is this not working because in the PB it says its tracking my ship but when I try to tag the LCD panel in the extra data section it doesn't do anything. please tell me if I am dense or it isn't working

Version 1.2.0 released with additional visual location telemetry in a form of radar display. Use with Text panels and Console blocks (projector). Add the tag [VTelemetry]. Change the scale with command "SCALE".

@timerogue2814 - I dont have much knowledge about shield MODs out there. I added support for Shield Defense MOD. I can add for others if they provide an API.

Version 1.1.0 released with a few new settings and Oxygen added to the list of telemetry. In addition the PB will save data across saves.

@Mysterious_RSA - I have added Oxygen to the telemetry.

@FixItFelix - I have changed the functionality such that using subgrids needs to be enabled in the Custom Data. Check the settings above.

@Plastic_Wolf - If I understood correctly yes. But you canl always test it.

@crmjolnir - It needs radio to work.

@Magistrator, Can confirm, it does in fact work on subgrids. This script goes great with my personal server I play on with a few friends and my kids. Very light RP is what we do and the overseer does an ATC type play style and works great for what he does! Thanks for the hard work bud!

Hi Magistrator, thanks for this amazing script, will be so usefull!

I have a request, would be possible to have a readout of shield percentage from the Defense Shield mod?

I know that mod uses 4 blocks, one of which has shield % in its details.

@HalberdGuard - all it needs is radio connection even via other antennas or laser antennas.

Question though, do the ships it lists have to be in a single antenna range of the grid that has the display? Or does it work as long as there is an antenna connection, even through other antennas? And last, does that include laser antennas? : D
