Like many many people out there, I am looking for ways of boosting the strangely low performance of arma. So is this mod supposed to be a joke or experiment or something?
Profiling branch contains profiling AND performance builds.
You usually don't want to profile, so the performance exe is default.
do i need od download something extra or i missing something
i still got the profiling version or the game
With the zeusCompositionScriptLevel config entry
> which servers can i use inits on
official zeus #0B and #0D being =2
It already does.
> but please consider full vehicle customization implementation
It already does.
Profiling branch and google drive/dropbox are the same thing. Steam branch is preferrable
I've read but am still confused; If I get this, does it eliminate the need for me to get the exe packs from Google Drive / Dropbox ? Or do I need to wait for GD / DB updates?
My profiling build is v2.04.147965
-serverMod is probably better, as -mod would recommend your players to load it, which doesn't make sense for them if they are not running profiling branch
I'm still wondering though, is there any advantage to running this mod on a server running on performance branch? If there is any performance increase, should I put it in "-serverMod=" or "-mod=" or does it even matter?
Or should I not even bother installing this on my server for any reason other than to get rid of the error message?
