I think I've read there's an absolute limit on the number of photobooth poses you can have. Maybe you've reached that?
When commenting out a pose try also commenting out the corresponding line from the localisation file. I think not doing that causes problems like you're describing.
To use a specific example: If I disable, let's say, Got A Star, and only Got A Star, it still appears in the list, but when I hover over it, the soldier does the Jojo's Pose instead, and if I hover over Jojo's Pose, it's Dio's Evil Glare, and if I hover over Dio's Evil Glare, it's Praise The Sun! and so on until the very bottom of the list where there should be Kexx's Calendar Pack's Surrender, but it ends with Lounge instead, but as you have likely guessed it by now, hovering over Lounge has the soldier doing the Surrender pose as normal.
It's nothing gamebreaking, but it does bother me.
All I'm doing to disable Got A Star in this example is putting a ";" in front of the appropriate line. Is there something more I should do to avoid the display discrepancy described above?
Have you commented out any entries from the .ini? I think you need to comment them out in the localisation file too.
Also, try recreating your user config. files, scroll down for a link
If you are subscribed to "Bladestorm Customization V2" (NOT the WotC version), that was my culprit.
However, the more likely culprit is that you (like me) are running a vanilla mod in WotC. Voice packs and cosmetics are compatible with WotC (I think you might need the highlander?), but anything else is likely the source of any other mod not functioning correctly.
Works fine for me and everyone else.

Soo... You guys commented Sayori out of existence?
Meta dark humor, anyone? Anyone? Just me? Ok then.
On a serious note, I can enable the other two below it (Knife Rivalry Partner A & B) the same way, right? Their animation is already included and all that?
(Also, where exactly did you label it NSFL? Just curious.)

You comment out a line by putting a semi-colon (;) at the beginning
Just comment them out, but ensure you do it in both the .ini and the localisation file as I think things'll mess up if you don't do both.
Oh dear. Hope everything's OK.
