I don't use the console, but I do have a vague idea how to activate it. I have plaid with almost all other traffic mods, some paid, out there and YOUR creation is the best one thus far compatible with both trucks and busses.
Never use bus passenger and bus mods along the trucks. It messes up the traffic around you, but not the map.
Avoid using more than 2 trailers at a time. The traffic does not like that.
Do not swap mods constantly on a given character profile => it messes up the traffic and later the profile itself.
If your PC is old and close to potato level, DO NOT load any additionnal traffic mods, except the main one.
- Skins or paintjob mods are next;
- Trailer brands (keep to the letter the speciffic loading order so that they don't crash your game);
- Truck or Bus models (most mods have .def and .base);
- Bus passenger mod or Doubles Everywhere mod are loaded last;
- Map mods (check the combo builds on youtube for more information on these).
From top to bottom it goes:
- Backgrounds (satelite maps, colored maps, combo fix by Jerry, etc.)
- Extra mods like extended train lenths, things explicently meant to be on the top by their creators; mods that are a combination of Graphics, Physics and Sounds (not that many mods);
- Sound mods - includes ambient, truck, weather, etc.;
- Weather first, then Graphics mods in that order; if the mog is BWGM load just that and nothing else;
- Physics - mods that alter truck physics, headlights and other general purpose things;
- Extra mods like "Real Companies" and "Street lamps with fog"; if doint vanilla map extended "Traffic lights" is placed there;
- Tuning mods - all manner of tunning parts/sets, no vehicle mods though;
Thanks for you support, appreciated.
P.S.: I have no idea about modding and writing a code, thus I apply only logic and experience to what I write.
1. Either the main mod or the traffic sounds alter the trucks and busses in traffic maximum allowed speed to go above the speed limit on any road/highway and lowers it to a craw in city/village areas. IDK if cars, bykes, etc. count as vanilla trucks or wheel chairs, but these should be able to move a lot faster than trucks, especially on highways.
2. At times either on Vanilla+allt DLCs or ProMods there are instances where the traffic vanishes in the middle of the road and/or spawns on it while traffic is in motion => causing problems that should not be there in the first place.
