@Shezmu ive tried this, cant get it to work though.

For everyone who has problems loading the scenario.
Problem Cause:
-When you install the mod, the mod folder has the scenario right at the root. Once I compared with other scenario mods, I realized the scenario folder was inside resources/_common/scenario

Until the author fixes this, you can fix it by yourself by:
-Inside the game menu, select steam workshop.
-Search for the Towe Defense mod, and at the right, select "Open Directory"
-Inside you will see the scenario file and a txt file
-Create 3 folders inside each other by this order resources/_common/scenario
-Move only the scenario file into the scenario folder
-Restart the game
-The scenario will be available to edit/play.

I can not see it in the scenario list.

@Druyan, apologies for the late reply it has been a while since I've worked on an aoe map, are you still having trouble?

@Hi5er Ive followed all the instructions carefully and it still doesnt show up, i dont think its the way you have setup this page though. it might just be my computer... other scenarios do work however.

@thsrbakker, i'm sorry that's very peculiar! I am not too sure what to suggest so I'll just start from the top and see what we can do... If you go on the AoE 2 main menu --> Single Player Game.
Then, select Data Set: Original Game
Game: Scenario ...
This should bring up your list of scenarios, which it should be present in. From there you should just be able to select it and setup the other options.

If that doesn't work im happy to setup a lobby for you and manually transfer you the file... Maybe it's the way I've setup this page?

@Hi5er It is there in my downloaded scenarios but it isnt in my scenarios when i set up a game.

I've added some setup instructions in the description for anyone un-sure.

@thsrbakker, that's strange. If you play solo the game should be setup with yourself and 7 AI players. The game will detect single player mode and set up the game accordingly.

What issues are you having?
