Welcome to Lone Tower Defense, created by Hi5er (Steam) for Age of Empires II HD!

The object of the game is to stop the orange troops from crossing through your lane.
Each unit that slips past your defenses will damage the King at the top of your lane by 100HP, if he dies you're finished! Survive all 15 waves in the fastest amount of time to be crowned victorious!

This map can be played with 1 - 6 players.

= FOR SINGLE PLAYER MODE =

- Make sure players 2 through 8 are AI.
- Explored Map.
- No Teams (-) on every slot.
- Lock Teams.

The game will automatically boot out players 2 - 6 if they are computer players. When you start the game just follow the normal instructions, select your difficulty and enjoy!

= FOR MULTIPLAYER =

- Make sure players 7 and 8 are AI
- Explored Map
- No Teams (-) on every slot
- Lock Teams
- Keep player colours in correct order

When the game starts just follow the instructions, select the difficulty and enjoy!

This is a free for all map, meaning it's every man for himself. The waves progress after you have achieved 100 kills, but not only must you survive, in order to win you must chop through those waves the fastest!

In order to help you out, there are a number of bonuses and resources for you to make use of. Be sure to visit the resource island and get your villagers working however you see fit, as well as gathering as many relics as you can hold and building as many trade carts as you can.

Lastly, there are two shops to give you that final push for victory. The grassy area is your Passive Shop, here you will find technologies, resource boosts, additional units and ways to buff your defenses. Venture into the Offensive Shop in the snowy area and you will find many ways to hinder your opponent. Make sure you look around and make use of these!

Visit the hints section in game for Wave Info, Shop prices, tips and more.

Map should be played with the following: 8 Players Enabled, No Teams Selected and Standard Colour Order Applied, Lock Teams [ ON ], Map [ EXPLORED or NORMAL ], Starting Age [ STANDARD ].

Everything else can be set by the user, but the pop should cap at 75 regardless.

@Shezmu ive tried this, cant get it to work though.

For everyone who has problems loading the scenario.
Problem Cause:
-When you install the mod, the mod folder has the scenario right at the root. Once I compared with other scenario mods, I realized the scenario folder was inside resources/_common/scenario

Until the author fixes this, you can fix it by yourself by:
-Inside the game menu, select steam workshop.
-Search for the Towe Defense mod, and at the right, select "Open Directory"
-Inside you will see the scenario file and a txt file
-Create 3 folders inside each other by this order resources/_common/scenario
-Move only the scenario file into the scenario folder
-Restart the game
-The scenario will be available to edit/play.

@Hi5er Ive followed all the instructions carefully and it still doesnt show up, i dont think its the way you have setup this page though. it might just be my computer... other scenarios do work however.

@thsrbakker, i'm sorry that's very peculiar! I am not too sure what to suggest so I'll just start from the top and see what we can do... If you go on the AoE 2 main menu --> Single Player Game.
Then, select Data Set: Original Game
Game: Scenario ...
This should bring up your list of scenarios, which it should be present in. From there you should just be able to select it and setup the other options.

If that doesn't work im happy to setup a lobby for you and manually transfer you the file... Maybe it's the way I've setup this page?

@Hi5er It is there in my downloaded scenarios but it isnt in my scenarios when i set up a game.

@thsrbakker, that's strange. If you play solo the game should be setup with yourself and 7 AI players. The game will detect single player mode and set up the game accordingly.

What issues are you having?
