* Heaven's Halberd bonus hp regen amp and lifesteal amp increased from 22/24/26/28/30% to 25/27/29/31/33%. (better than SnY and KnS)
* Heaven's Halberd bonus status resistance increased from 18/20/22/24/26% to 20/22/24/26/28%. (same as SnY, better than KnS)

Mini balance patch (#3616)

HEROES:
* Broodmother Level 20 Talent +50 Spiderling Damage changed to +2.5 Spiderling Damage per Hero Level.
* Broodmother Level 25 Talent +1000 Spiderling Health changed to +40 Spiderling Health per Hero Level.
* Broodmother Spiderite health reduced from 200 to 120.
* Broodmother Spiderling magic resistance rescaled from 25% to 20% + 1% per Broodmother hero level.
* Broodmother Spiderling starting attack damage reduced from 14 to 11.
* Chatterjee Electric Shield shard bonus shield per mana reduced from 1.15 to 1.

* Timbersaw Whirling Death primary stat loss percent reduced from 13% to 12%. (For universal heroes all stat loss reduced from 7% to 6%.)
* Witch Doctor Death Ward cooldown increased from 90/80/70/65/60 to 90/85/80/75/70 seconds.
* Witch Doctor Level 20 Talent +125 Death Ward attack range reduced to +75.
* Witch Doctor Maledict burst damage per lost health reduced at OAA levels from 50/60% to 48/56%.

ITEMS:
* Divine Rapier bonus damage increased from 550 to 650.
* Dragon Scale (tier 2 neutral item) small rework: passive now applies a dot debuff like Viper's Corrosive Skin.
* Dragon Scale no longer works for illusions.
* Dragon Scale now provides +15% Damage Amplification against Bosses.
* Fixed Angel's Halo doing damage while dead.
* Ghost King Bar heal amp rescaled from 30/35/40/45/50% to 32/34/36/38/40%.
* Gleipnir Eternal Chains damage rescaled from 180/380/580/780/980 to 180/330/530/780/1080.
* Gleipnir, Mjollnir, Radiance and Shiva's Guard no longer deal bonus 50% damage to illusions.

Reintroduced Sacred Skull as a new item (#3613)

Provides armor, health and cooldown reduction. Has a passive: Nothl Origin - Any spell damage reduces armor for a few seconds.
Builds out of Assault Cuirass 2, needs a tier 2 core.


Gold code small refactor (#3573)

* Remove some dead code related to gold.
* Fixed gold for heroes got with -switchhero command.
* Removed CDOTA_BaseNPC_Hero:ModifyGold override - not needed.

QoL, bug fixes, panorama small refactor (#3615)

QOL changes:
* Added support for minimap on the right and shop on the left.
* Fixed Chatterjee Electric Shield buff not being visible without the shard. (Now you can see when it will expire)
* Fixed Force Shield Staff buff not being visible. (Now you can see when it will expire)
* Tinkerer Keen Contraption no longer has damage delay of 0.1 seconds.

BUG FIXES:
* Fixed Alpha Wolf crit aura showing stacks.
* Fixed Bigmode (10v10) top bar score not being visible. It cuts off the 10th Dire player though.
* Fixed Chen Test of Faith shield buff showing current shield health as stacks.
* Fixed Dark Seer Vacuum tree destroy radius not being upgraded with bonus aoe talent and with bloodstone aoe bonus.
* Fixed Game info button blocking the Death Summary.

* OAA's aura upgrader code now only triggers for Assault Cuirass, Pipe of Insight, Radiance and Shiva's Guard instead for all items. (Upgrading Stoneskin Armor, Greater Guardian Greaves or Lucience works normally without the OAA aura upgrader)
* Panorama improvements: XML files no longer support script tags. Merged 2 team_select.js to avoid confusion.
* Removed a lot of duplicate icons that aren't needed.

* Fixed Mini Roshan Tenacity spell block not blocking enemy single target abilities when Mini Roshan is invulnerable. (or when Doom that devoured Mini Roshan is invulnerable)
* Fixed Reflex Core spell block blocking allied single target abilities.
* Fixed Reflex Core spell block not blocking enemy single target abilities when the wearer is invulnerable.
* Fixed Reflex Core spell block working on illusions.
* Fixed Reflection Shard spell block code working on the clients.

Boss Balance February 2024 (#3612)

* Increased magic resistance for all bosses from -50% to -25%
* Carapace Boss Crystal Shell bonus magic resist reduced from 50% to 25%.
* Carapace Boss turn rate reduced from 1.5 to 0.5
* Charger Unholy Shielding damage reduction reduced from 96% to 85%.
* Shielder tier 2 is now visually different from Shielder tier 5.
* Shielder tier 2 move speed reduced from 420 to 320.
* Shielder tier 5 move speed increased from 320 to 420.
* Shielders Shield of Faith damage return reduced from 50% to 20%.
* Shielders now use the same AI as tier 1 bosses.
* Shielders turn rate reduced from 0.8 to 0.5
* Wanderer Point Aversion damage per point diff increased from 100 to 110.

Add modifier descriptions + bug fixes (#3609)

Added all the descriptions for modifiers, enjoy walls of text.
Attack Range Switch: Lone Druid no longer switches attack capability. Still benefits from stats.
Fixed 2x Multiplier modifier not ignoring Arc Warden's Flux enemy proximity radius, Phantom Assassin's Blur radius, and Spectre Desolate radius.
Fixed Attack Range Switch modifier tooltip values being wrong sometimes.
Fixed Enigma Demonic Summoning not working.
Fixed Smurf modifier decreasing Bloodstone and Blood Core aoe bonus.
Fixed Smurf modifier decreasing Spell Breaker active aoe decrease.
Fixed Spell Breaker active improving Arc Warden's Flux enemy proximity radius, Phantom Assassin's Blur radius, and Spectre Desolate radius.
Fixed Splash Cannon tooltip showing 0 bonus health and health regen.
Roshan's Body: Bash damage type changed from magical to physical.

Modifiers January 2024 (#3607)

New modifier: Bottle Collector - Grants 1 attack damage and 0.1% spell amplification per Infinity Bottle charge. On Death, your bottle loses half the charges (a bottle with half the charges is dropped on the ground).
Added 'Hero Modifier Bundles' as a new option during team selection - combinations of certain modifiers.
Added -testheromod x cheat command where x is a short name of the modifier.
Added Pro Active, Brawler and Smurf modifier to the 'Random Surprise' modifier pool.
Disabled Hyper Active, Moriah's Shield and Wisdom modifiers. (they can still be randomed with Random Surprise modifier)
Re-Enabled and Reworked 2x Multiplier modifier: Doubles ALL damage output and debuff durations. For most spells doubles their aoe/radius and cast range. But it also doubles cooldowns and mana costs for all spells. Items are unaffected. (2x Multiplier can't be randomed and it's not in the Chaos modifier pool)
Re-enabled Pro Active modifier.
Removed 'Randomize Hero Modifiers' button.

Aghanim modifier now works for Lone Druid Spirit Bear.
Aghanim modifier: Fixed Aghanim modifier affecting player's networth. Hopefully for real this time.
Aoe/Radius Increase: Fixed this modifier affecting Bloodstone, Blood Core and Spell Breaker.
Brute: Bonus strength per level increased from 1 to 2.
Chaos: Ancient Apparition, Clinkz, Drow Ranger, Keeper of the Light, Morphling, Timbersaw, Silencer, Tusk, Viper and Witch Doctor will no longer have a chance to get Blood Magic.
Diarrhetic modifier now deals 100 + 20% of the enemy max health within 500 radius every time a ward is pooped.
Drunkard: Spell crit will now show red crit numbers too.
Drunkard: You will no longer move randomly or miss unit-target spells while Debuff Immune.
Duelist: Buff will no longer show stacks. They don't mean anything anyway.
Echo Strike proc cooldown increased from 0.5 to 0.8 seconds.
Fate's Madness: You will no longer take extra physical damage while Debuff Immune.
Keeper of the Truth real hero mark radius changed from 800 to current vision range.
Keeper of the Truth true sight radius increased from 800 to 900.
Keeper of the Truth: Fixed missing debuff tooltip.
Max Power: Spell crit will now show red crit numbers too.
Nimble: bonus agility per level increased from 1 to 2.
Pro Active: You will no longer be affected by Break while Debuff Immune.
Titan Soul: Meepo clones now deal 3 times less damage.
White Queen: Improved modifier tooltip.
Wisdom: bonus intelligence per level increased from 1 to 2.

Changed icon of Glass Cannon.
Fixed Arc Warden Tempest Double ability targetting.
Fixed Hybrid spell amp stacks not having an icon.
Fixed Sohei Dash not being usable while inside Clockwerk Power Cogs (without the leash talent) or while debuff immune when affected by Puck Dream Coil debuff (without the lvl 25 talent).

Triple Damage buff no longer removes Amplify Damage buff.

* FIXES:
All items lvl 2-5 that were disassemblable are no longer disassemblable.
Fixed Alchemist Boss Acid debuff not having a tooltip.
Fixed Alchemist Boss Cannonshot indicator particle index not being released from memory.
Fixed Angel's Halo tooltip.

Balance Tweaks (#3606)

* ITEMS:
Arcane Blink cast range reduced from 1400/1500/1600/1700/1800 to 1400/1450/1500/1550/1600.
Ethereal Blade active base damage increased by 25 at all levels.
Khanda base damage increased by 25 at all levels.
Meteor Hammer burn damage per second against bosses reduced by 10 at all levels.
Meteor Hammer burn damage per second reduced by 5 at all levels.
Overwhelming Blink active Strength as Impact Damage Bonus increased from 75% to 80%.
Spell Breaker active aoe reduction decreased from 30% to 25%.
Spell Breaker active spell lifesteal reduction decreased from 50% to 45%.
Vladmir's Grimoire no longer removes buffs from affected units. (Only removes debuffs)
Vladmir's Grimoire now provides double the damage reduction against bosses to non-hero units.

* Tinkerer:
Tinkerer Keen Contraption damage per second increased from 100/200/300/600/900 to 130/260/390/780/1170.
Tinkerer Keen Contraption scepter upgrade now also increases attacks required to destroy a node by 1.
Tinkerer Level 15 Talent +350 Smart Missiles AoE can now be improved with aoe bonus from Bloodstone.
Tinkerer Level 15 Talent +350 Smart Missiles AoE: Fixed Smart Missiles not applying the correct damage and not affecting all enemies in the radius around the hit target.
Tinkerer Level 20 Talent Tar Amplifies Damage: Fixed dmg amp being 15% instead of 20% and fixed the incorrect tooltip.

Big Item patch (#3597)

Short version:
Rebalanced the total amount of attack speed and agility in the game. (examples: Butterfly, MKB, Swift Blink...)
Nerfed and rebalanced best dps items and most popular items. (examples: Daedalus, MKB, BKB, Enrage Crystal, Splash Cannon, Satanic, Vampire Fang...)
Rebalanced total amount of strength and health because of damage nerfs. (examples: Heart, Regen Crystal, BKB, Satanic, Overwhelming Blink...)
Adjusting some INT scaling for consistency with other stats and to avoid indirect buffing of INT carries. (examples: Arcane Blink, Hurricane Pike, Harpoon, Manta, Parasma...)
Adjusting stats of some unpopular items to match their original design. (examples: Hurricane Pike, Harpoon, Manta, Meteor Hammer...)
