Fixed how two loops were set up for promoting a MOCX soldier: this caused the mod to get into an infinite loop at times.

Added more failsafes to MOCX level ups.

Fixed issue with XGCharacterGenerator_DarkXCom creating invisible units.

Fixed issue in XComDarkClassData.ini where the abilities for Specialists and Grenadiers had improper commas.

Grenadiers now have cannons instead of assault rifles by default.

Adjusted AI so Snipers, Grenadiers, and Rangers will know how to use their new tools.

Specialists didn't really change between versions so they've been left alone.
