MOCX Soldiers can now actually use their evacuation ability.

Faux bleed out now only lasts for 4 turns: once it expires, it kills the MOCX soldier. Also fixed issue with how MOCX operatives were processed after mission completion.

Fixed an issue where the game was counting every single MOCX soldier instead of just the ones deployed for the mission, when it came to whether an operative should evac or not.

"We're Losing Control of the Situation!" - MOCX operatives can now evacuate from the battlefield if sufficiently injured, or if enough of the assigned team is dead

Added missing localization to MOCX Chance Indicator

Moved Chance of MOCX indicator to Objectives screen in the Commander's Quarters.

Added encyclopedia entries to add in-game hints as to what to do.

Soldiers on the ground should now visually resemble the squad chosen by HQ.

There is now an indicator on the Geoscape for the likelihood of MOCX appearing on the next mission.

MOCX Rookies will now properly spawn in instead of being invisible.

Bumped up chances of encountering MOCX to about 1 in 5 missions instead of 1 in 10, to account for the smaller mission pacing in vanilla.
