Items on the CSA focus tree that create new MIOs now inform you of this in the reward tooltips.

--Added a victory point for Prescott, the capital of the Union state of Arizona [which gets treated like one state with New Mexico for game purposes].

--Fixed a bug where CSA naval theorist Patrick Bellinger inexplicably gave a bonus to nuclear research.
