Fixed bugs where the CSA Augusta Arsenal MIO wasn't appearing, and the CSA could get help from the Avro MIO even if they were at war with the UK.

The CSA now lose all UK MIOs and Manufacturer Ideas if they break with the Commonwealth, but gain some US MIOs and Manufacturer Ideas if they complete the Reconciliation branch of their focus tree.

Gave various CSA businesses a graphics upgrade.

Brazil and the CSA now have a much closer relationship (based on the real-life cordiality between them), and Brazil seeks Confederate assistance and alliance whenever possible.
