* new armor for Katana-centric builds : Neishin. Upgraded at nanofab from Samurai armor. It's essentially a "better" version of Pond armor. Pick up Samurai armor to unlock.

* new mech arm : Flak II upgrade, to bridge the gap between 3-4 if you dont have lunari or good luck with mech blueprints in anomalies. It's faster and does more damage, plus has additional flakky goodness!

* corrected erroneous mech-mass total displaying on the mech assembly UI. It should now properly indicate *base* mass rather than the values from tier modifiers.

* aether and tidewater biomes should have more frequent sources of lumivine
* Fixes a sound issue that caused massive lag when the precursor spawner has been running for about a minute. Also makes it save it's "crafting" info when unloaded.

QUESTS
---------------
Quest loot (Extra Dungeons) weapons lowered from tier 8 to tier 6. This is mainly to allow them to be upgraded in a crucible.

renamed the Avian Missile.


SHIPS
-------------
* Allows ship speed to be modifed. Adds small thrusters that increase ship speed slightly. FTL Drive ship speed increase now works (you will need to pick it up and place it again for it to apply) + you can only place one of them.


MANIPULATOR/TRICORDER
-----------------------------------
* MM upgrades now take their stats from the vanilla upgrade configurations rather than increments. This improves compatibility with mods such as Enhanced Matter Manipulator while retaining the ability to properly upgrade modded MMs.
* You can now click an upgrade again in the MM upgrade interface to buy it instead of going all the way down to the upgrade button.
* Admin mode allows purchasing MM upgrades for free (and displays that you have infinite modules)
* Master Manipulator quest no longer replaces the MM slot
* Various MM configuring UI tweaks and bug fixes, including:
* Range no longer gets stuck, and updates when swapping MMs
* Liquid collection upgrade gets enabled on MMs that start with liquid collection
* Liquid collection label turns gray when the upgrade is locked
* Locks appear over slots that are not currently available for swapping
* General code cleanup

ANCIENT RUINS DUNGEON
-----------------------------------
* completing the early-game scanning-clue mission at the outpost (given by Esther) now rewards a map to the Ancient Temple dungeon. It can still be obtained as it previously was, but now it is simply attached to the main narrative in a round-about way.
* ancient temple loot beefed up slightly: it offers mech salvage at the end area in addition to other loot. This serves to alleviate some early-game mech grind
* added some flavor text to the ancient temple
* new music added


MECHS
-----------------
* Mechs over 18 tonnes will not regenerate when inactive
* adjusted Mass calculations. The scale per-level for mass is now lower, resulting in lower overall mech mass per part, to adjust for the addition of arm mass (see below)
* all mech Arms now have mass
* reduced mass-stomp self damage by 50%, which should make ultra-heavy mechs less prone to the issues suffered by this damage previously
* Brute III body got +1 to energy, as it was nearly useless for its material cost
* mech walking effect only applies at mass greater than 4 tonnes and walking does slightly less tile damage. This will allow users to operate light mechs with less environmental impact.
* all XS mech parts now have mass, and should also have FU resistances


QUESTLOG

* new Boss quest added to Battle section
* Fixed completed questlines providing their reward more than once
* Removed unused resources in 'player.config.patch'
* Updated instructions to not mention the resource requirement part

NEW FEATURE (Lucca)
------------------------
* Adds a new UI that allows easy swapping of the current active MM and tool slots. It's activated by holding shift and using the Personal Tricorder (statustablet) which also has a new description.

* Removes the pickup quests for new MMs (only removes activating the quests on pickup).

* The UI also contains MMM-like features that can be used to change the radius and alt-radius of the MM and paint tool, as well as toggling liquid collection.

* added tier 3 Brute mech body. Ultra heavy.
* high protection / mass mechs get some added functionality:
* massProtection = protection * ((mechMass)/10)
* 10% chance to completely mitigate damage when your protection is higher than 4 and the damage taken does not exceed the above modifier

* fixed a bug with the drain effect used by blackbats in the precursor dungeon
