Fix for Item Sensor: Triggers on player character proximity now if that character has the item in their inventory, as was intended. (NB: Also triggers on npc carrying item, placed object or loose item nearby.)

Added a 'Minimacrochip': a 2x2 tile macrochip with 2 inputs and 2 outputs.

The right mouse button now deletes wires leading to a hovered over components input or output node or deletes a hovered over grey wire node whilst you are in Wiring mode on the Macrochip boards.
