+ Modified efficiency values for all nanites types
+ Demo: MIRV napalm damage increased but linger duration reduced.
+ Heavy Ordnance: Cells & Droids now has sub-upgrade panel
+ Heavy Ordnance: Minidroids max nanites can now reach level 24 at epic levels
+ Heavy Ordnance: Espionage invisibility will now apply to adjacent minidroids.
+ Heavy Ordnance: Power Grid cooldown progression is 75->30 (originally 120->20)
+ Heavy Ordnance: Power cooldown duration starts at channel end and scales with channel duration
+ Heavy Ordnance: Minidroid defense network and espionage radius extended to 625 range (was 188)

+ Yellow/Red rad fragments are more noticable
+ Reduced performance impact when difficulty is set
+ Game is now automatically paused if all players disconnected
+ Units with no inventory now show no inventory squares

1.11.4:
+ Tactician: Ion Strike is now less effective vs Commandos and now slightly pierces nanites against non-Commando units.
+ Contraptions can no longer trigger spiders
+ Injury modifiers can now be alt-clicked to alert the team
+ Drug Overdose modifier now includes current experience penalty value
+ Kicked players will now have all of their locker items ejected
+ Nemesis Forcefield modifier now shows percent remaining as stack count

Bugfixes:
+ Maverick: Fixed mecha being completely immune to TNTs while howl up. Damage now correctly dealt to nanites.
+ Watchman: Pharmacist aura now only applies to other paradox units of the watchman
+ Fixed being able to use replicate on other people's heroes without control of the hero
+ Fixed an issue where item modifiers may not be removed on unequip
+ Fixed LAD part item duplication exploit

+ Demo: Reduced Biochem's effectiveness on high health normal units.
+ Heavy Ordnance: Minidroids can now automatically drain energy while the HO is channeling Power Grid.
+ Heavy Ordnance: Power Grid bonus eps for partial power is now removed if the officer took damage recently.
+ Heavy Ordnance: Power Grid no longer kills fireflies; he is now just immune to their drain while channeling power grid.
