Define file now has the only change in a sepperate file for better compatibilty with other mods.

Removed civ factory for worker factory and supply factory as its causing the crashes. Costs reduced ofc.
Still dont know why its crashing only cos those 2 new buildings provides a civ factory...
New ingame tooltip description for those 2 changed buildings are not done yet.
