- Fixing some MP issues

- Introduced new performance friendly deconstruction. There will no longer be grinding sparks, sounds and lights when the nanites deconstruct. The block will also not progressively break down. It will be removed after the amount of time deconstruction would have required elapses. While less immersive, it is about 10x better for performance. You can turn it back to the old way via DeconstructionPerformanceFriendly setting.
