- All countries now have the possibility to split mercenary regiments freely again.
- Fixed a few localisation problems
- Rulers can now get up to 6 traits (2 when growing up, then a new one every 5 years)
- Added 76 new ruler traits
- Lowered the monuments construction time (level 1: 5 years, level 2: 10 years, level 3: 15 years)
- Lowering the recruit standard no longer costs initial professionalism, but the annual malus is 10 professionalism when activated and 15% more land maintenance.
- Added a new game option: Additional monuments costs can be activated or deactivated

- The Janissary Estate was reworked according to the vanilla changes.
- The state mechanics have been reworked, privelegies now reduce absolutism, but there are ways to compensate for this disadvantage through government reforms and ideas.
- Seizing land from estates now increases unrest in the whole country
- The Diet can now be called at any time if you have no active agenda, but there is no longer a bonus to Estate Loyalty and Influence for calling it.
- Pirate republics now have Burgher and Clergy Estates

- There are now special mechanics for the types of colonial nations
- All colonial nations give forcelimit (land and naval)
- All Crown Colonies give a bonus on Tariffs, Treasury Fleet Income and Government Reform Growth
- All Private Companies give a bonus on Trade Efficiency and Goods Produced
- All self-governing colonies give a bonus on Manpower and Sailors
- Fixed: Large colonial nations now only give one merchant as a bonus
- Fixed: Forcelimit bonus of large colonial nations has been halved (was higher than intended)

- There are two Janissary Estates as of now if you own the new DLC. Enjoy the anticipated overpoweredness as long as it lasts
- The estates stuff is not updated yet to the new patch, but the previous version remains funcional.
I'll have to take a deeper look at what was added and look into what to do with it
