- Adjusted files to work with the new Patch
- Fixed an issue where you would get too much absolutism back from estate privileges
- The Discipline Advisor now only gives +1 Discipline per Advisorlevel from the Government Mechanic (was 2)
- Custom Ideas: Cost of Free Development from completing a colony has been raised considerably
- The Development Mechanic will now develop your provinces to max 30 Development
- The cost from developping provinces is now calculated different: Dev cost will no longer increase 3% for every dev tick, but will depend on the actual dev in the provines (1,5 base Dev Cost/development)
- Reworked the Game Setting Event and Decisions, should be a lot more User friendly now, also added special Option Settings
- The additional monument cost can now be deactivated when it comes to the maluses to the economy
- Fixed an issue where reloading the government reforms via game options or decision would result in gaining a free reform
- Fixed an issue where some estate privileges would not be affected by the absolutism Perks

- Centralism Ideas were completely reworked, they are now centered on playing tall
- Decentralisation Ideas have been reworked, centered on playing wide
- Rebalanced Humanist Ideas
- State Administration Ideas were completely reworked and Renamed to State Advisor Ideas
- Innovative Ideas have been reworked

- Added a Government Interaction for the system where you can buy more points for increased state maintenance (will get very expensive at some point!)
- Innovativeness + 10
- Absolutism + 20 (was 5)
- Negative Reli Unity - 25 (was 5)
- Positive Reli Unity no longer gives bonuses
- Defender of Faith gives now + 5
- Stability gives now +5/-5
- Happy Estates can now give up to +5 power capacity (was 2)
- Neutral Estates can now give up to +2 power capacity (was 1)

- Removed the Sell/Seize Exploit from Estates, If you sell land you cannot seize it back from the same estate for 25 years
- Selling Land to an Estates now gives Inflation depending on the chunk of land sold
- Halfed reform progress growth from republican tradition
- Fixed an issue where the Monarchy Stadhalter reform could not pick reforms and had the wrong Government Type Idea Group
- Estate Privileges are now limited to 8
- MP Generation System: You dont get MP from Development anymore, instead you gain a small malus from Development
- MP Generation System: Tweaked the numbers, you gain now:
Max 20 points from devotion (+5),
Maximum malus of -50 from being over your government capacity
Maximum bonus of 50 from being under your government capacity

- Fixed an issue where constant reloading of game options would cause a stab loss (you'll still get one when you are at 3 though)
- Development of province by the development mechanic only happens every 2 years (instead of 1)
- Rebalanced the abolish estate reform as it was a bit too weak
- The reform that is used to reload government mechanics is no longer visible
- The Developing own lands government reform gives 1 Development province now, but lost the Dev cost bonus

- Nerfed Development Ideas a bit, so that you will not receive the possible Development provinces right from the beginning, also removed one
- Centralism Ideas lost their development cost for all provinces, but got 1 Possible Development province
- Centalism Ideas lost their state maintenance bonus, but got 0.1 inflations reduction
- Infrastructure Ideas lost their state maintenance bonus and their build time bonus
- Decentralism and Horde Ideas now completely remove the Development Malus (if activated via game options)
- Custom Ideas: Custom global trade good size has been removed
- Custom Ideas: Custom Max Development Provinces Point Cost has been raised
