Mostly balance changes, some new stuff, some bug fixes;

Most notable balance changes: Big nerfs to Fire Lord and Infinity Darkemist, small nerfs to Paladin, Queen of Pain etc.

New Stuff:
- New Item: Staff of Negation
- Fire Lord Soul Burn now deals less damage to allies.
- Fire Lord Lava Spawns rebalanced (now similar to Enigma's Eidolons)
- Fire Lord Presence aura small rework.
- Infinity Darkemist Dark Transmutation warriors have new abilities and they are completely rebalanced.
- Queen of Pain's Pain Steal now affects creeps too.

Patch 0.83:

General Changes:

*duel_map:
- Fountain regen radius decreased from 1200 to 500.
- Fountain hp regen increased from 4% to 5%.
- Fountain mana regen changed from 4% + 14 to 5%.
- Max Death/Respawn Time reduced to 30 seconds.
- Added True Strike to towers and fountains.
- Respawn Point moved near the fountain
- Shop is no longer accessible near the tower, only near the fountain.
- Gold per second increased from 2 to 3.
- Buyback no longer has cooldown.

*dota:
- Added True Strike to towers and fountains.
* No map terrain changes!

Balance Changes:

* Dark Ranger:
- Added new Aghanim Scepter bonus for Marksmanship (DotA patch 6.86).

*Death Knight:
- Chilling Touch cast point reduced from 0.01 to ¬0.

* Ember Spirit:
- Fire Remnants no longer give vision.

* Emperor of Srem:
- Long Live the Emperor cooldown reduced from 300/260/160 to 300/200/100 seconds.

* Enchantress:
- Enchant cooldown reduced from 30/25/20/15 to 30/24/18/12 seconds.

* Fire Lord:
- Volcano cast range increased from 800 to 1000.
- Volcano radius decreased from 800 to 700.
- Volcano small rework: At the start of the spell, Volcano is now slowing and damaging every enemy unit in a radius for 40% instead of knocking them back. (Volcano is still stunning units every 3 seconds after slow). Slow duration is 3 seconds. Slow is blocked by Spell Immunity. Slow can be dispelled. Stun and damage are not blocked by Spell Immunity.
- Volcano damage decreased from 150/200/250 to 125/175/225. (Volcano total damage is increased from 450/600/750 to 500/700/900.). Damage type still Physical.
- Volcano is no longer knocking back enemy units at the end of duration.
- Volcano stun duration reduced from 2 to 1.5 seconds. (Volcano duration is the same: 10 seconds.)

* Florin Gipsy:
- Dirty Gipsy Cop Bounty Rune multiplier rescaled from 5x to 3/4/5/6x.

* Infinity Darkemist:
- Darkemy Spikes cast range and length of spikes increased from 700 to 800.

* Lightning Shaman:
- Lightning Shield is now purgable.

* Lifestealer (WOTF):
- Feast damage and lifesteal increased from 4/5/6/7% to 4.5/5.5/6.5/7.5%.

* Stealth Assassin:
- Temporarily removed.

* Timbersaw:
- Whirling Death debuff duration increased from 7 to 11 seconds.
- Whirling Death mana cost decreased from 70/80/90/100 to 70.
- Reactive Armor duration rescaled from 16 to 14/16/18/20 seconds.

* Void Demon:
- Added Aghanim Scepter Upgrade: Increases duration of Time Stop and grants unobstructed vision during the night.

Convenience Changes:

* Death Kinght:
- Chilling Touch casting type set to Immediate.

* Che Monk:
- Switched places of 2 spells at the cast bar: Zen Fireworks and Lupi Glupost.

* Clockwerk:
- Power Cogs now spawn in a circle rather than a rectangle.

* Jastuk:
- Drink Milk casting type set to Immediate.

Bug Fixes:

- This map is meant for 2vs2 or 1vs1.
- This map contains 2 towers and 2 fountains. 1 per each team.
- This map have no runes.
- On this map only win condition is to make 10 kills.
- On this map only you gain 2 gold per second.
- On this map only illusions are removed on death.
- On this map only you don't lose any gold on death.
- On this map only you can't see the enemy or ally inventory.
- On this map only Spawn/Respawn point is near your tower.
- On this map only Shops are accessible near towers.

Balance Changes:

* Firelord:
- Soul Burn debuff duration on heroes decreased from 4/5/6/7 to 3/4/5/6 seconds.
- Soul Burn debuff duration on creeps (Roshan e.g.) decreased from 14/16/18/20 to 12 seconds.
- Soul Burn cast range decreased from 800 to 700.
- Soul Burn mana cost increased from 80 to 80/90/100/110.
- Soul Burn cast point improved from 0.3 to 0.2
- Soul Burn cooldown reduced from 19/18/15/12 to 15/14/13/12 seconds.
- Fire Lord Presence damage per second decreased from 40 to 35.

* Bane (WOTF):
- Added Recommended Item build.

* Death Knight:
- Recommended Item build small tweak (Helm of the Dominator is really good on this hero).

- Recommended Item build tweaks (Blink is a core item on this hero).

- Recommended Item build tweaks (Mask of Madness attack speed is good in combination with Incinerate).
- Changed visual effect of Soul Burn debuff

* Gambler:
- Added Recommended Item build.

* Infinity Darkemist:
- Recommended Item build small tweak (Blink is really good on this hero).

* Jastuk:
- Recommended Item build small tweak (Battle Fury is really good on this hero).

* Paladin
- Recommended Item build tweaks (Paladin is better as a support and initiator than as a hard carry; Paladin needs a lot of mana for his spells so Arcane Boots are core on him.).

* Queen of Pain (WOTF):
- Added Recommended Item build.

* Silencer (WOTF):
- Added Recommended Item build.

Bug Fixes:

- Fixed Firelord Soul Burn tooltip showing wrong values about the duration on allied creeps.
- Fixed Florin Gipsy Dude WTF tooltip notes showing nonsense.
- Fixed Fire Lord animation while casting Volcano.
- Paladin Divine Retribution tooltip fix.
- Silencer (WOTF) Silent Torment tooltip fix.
