If you didnt notice with old charm, enemy player could still control his hero. Everything is the same now except the stun part (this prevents the enemy player to control him). I am working on Charm right now to work like old Charm should work but it didnt.

old charm was better when enemy hero cast ability and i use charm on him he has refreshed abilities and healed hp it is support ability for enemies i think you should replace this ability or revert to the old charm

I will put detailed description in the next update. To put it short: its like regular dota all pick mode but, there are some new heroes and items. Old items are buffed/nerfed etc.
